I came with my friend who had been going there once a week for about 3 months, so I had high hopes for it. When I got there, it was rather dissapointing. We accidentally ordered a wrong item online, and we did not realize it until we opened it. When we asked for it to be changed, one of the employees was staring at us, and was being very non-compliant. Overall, it was overall poor customer service. After what felt like a miracle, we got our replacement burger, which tasted like burnt beef and cheese. It was very unsatisfactory, and even when we were walking out the door, that same employee was staring at us for a good twenty seconds.

I’ll start by saying I love this place. I’ve come here since they had one store. Unfortunately it seems they’ve started to erode some of what makes them my favorite. It’s a simple plan - great little burgers, delicious fries, and extra special ketchup and fry sauce. Three core elements that they execute on perfectly. Now they’ve decided to take one of those elements away to presumable save money? IDK, but there is NO ketchup to be found. The bottles they used to have on the tables - gone. Ketchup pump and cups, gone. You have to ask for little cups now that they hide behind the counter. Beginning of the end I’m afraid when you see decisions like this.

They heard the waterfront store messed up my order (nothing crazy just some burnt food, it happens), and they made my food super delicious and perfect to make up for it.
