This McD is much much better than the other 2 in the Tigard area. The other 2 treat you as though you owe them for visiting. This McD acts as though they really appreciate your visit. From the food preparation to (the way you ask) to how you are treated all around. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen.

Honestly, one of the best McDonalds in the western hemisphere. The nice lady always asks after my grand babies, the food is terrible for you but yummy, and i swear it's ready for me even before I order it. I love America.

I got the wrong orders. When I told the cashier he argued with me. The burger was overcooked, the fries were Luke warm and not salted, and I said we wanted ketchup, so he included 2 packages for the entire order. I ordered a kids meal and a combo meal - I got everything individually and no drink for combo. I also ordered a strawberry shake and got vanilla.
Hate it when the cheese meat and bun are not aligned! Happens way too frequently, showing lack of care. The only reason I go here is because my husband likes it, but I think I've convinced him to go to Carl's Jr where they know and can align a hamburger ? & even better, Carl's Jr has crisp lettuce and pickles not soggy like this McDonald's. Seems like they are trying to use old ingredients. Go else where! Ps- the manager has an attitude and does not try to make customers happy, she is always, right don't question her lol
