While the workers at this location are consistently kind, hard working, and amazing, it is clear that their management does not know how to schedule or run a restaurant. They’re are always incredibly overworked whenever I come in and never have enough employees working. This does not diminish from the professionalism of individual employees, they’re just doing their best with what they have. Whoever makes the schedule should be ashamed.

I wish they would do a better job of prioritizing customers that visit the store. It's a real turn off to stand in line for 20 minutes when the store is empty and watch them make 10 pizzas for online orders.

First off, download the app. You get a free treat just for signing up and accumulate points with each purchase. In general, the pizzas are average. Very thin crust. The selling point here is that you can customize your pie with whatever you like (no increased charge for adding more toppings) and you can leave off what you don't like. Cooking is fast so no long wait. This means that this place is great (1) if you want pizza and in a rush, (2) don't want to spend a ton on pizza, (3) if you have kids who want a smaller pizza and can customize to their liking. Ambience is same across all Mods. Get in line, order at counter, pick up when number called, pick your own table, get your soft drinks at the side. I think some locations have beer on tap, but this one only had a couple of beer/cider options in the fridge. Big parking lot, although spots are tight. Easy option, especially with kids, but don't expect world-class, fancy pizza.

I ordered from MOD to go and loved how I could pile on the toppings. My order was ready quick. I am more of a thin crust can but I did enjoy the pizza and would have it again.
The service was extremely slow despite a staff of about 6 people behind the counters. This caused the line to get really long and there was no movement for at least 10-15 minutes while the staff was trying to figure out something. I see them talking to each other but not taking guests orders. The pizza was as expected, but when we go here, it's to get a quick bite and leave. For this, it didn't meet my expectations. I didn't expect to spend an hour at this location.

Had an awesome experience last night. It was my daughter’s birthday and we had been out late but everyone was hungry again. Went in before closing and they were kind and all about getting us our pizzas. They said happy birthday to her and bought her a couple of cakes.the pizza was great and the service was top notch overall but for right before closing too that was very exceeding expectations. Great closing crew!Kid-friendliness: Way to go in making my little girl feel special! She loved her pizza and cake! She will want to go here a lot more.

First time to Mod at Oswego location, or any other location for that matter. First impression, Sterile fast food restaurant serving pizza. Food quality: Good. Service: efficient, but not what I'de call "overly friendly". Ambiance: As I commented on at first, "Sterile Fast Food Restaurant", including Shiny Stainless Steel Table Tops. I'm afraid I care for an atmosphere in which I feel as though I can just settle in, enjoy my food, & don't have to hurry back to work in about fifteen minutes. Which a lot of fast food places seem to give in the way of an impression..
