Almost all of the meals taste the same. They apparently have a particular mixture of herbs and spices that renders all food to the same bland-spicy. I’m sensitive to spicy foods and can eat it just with some discomfort, but that spice mixture saps the food flavor out and leaves you with bland, spicy, food-product.I was actually going to leave a 3 star rating until I read the other reviews here and quickly saw that most are fake, posted by the company itself. They’re really not good at the faking. See, you have to use a different “voice” for each of your reviewing characters. When they all use the the same vocabulary and phrases, it becomes obvious. Kinda makes everything everyone says here pretty pointless, right? But then, what has any point?

My Fit Foods has been an absolute game-changer for me! The convenience, quality, and taste of their meals are unmatched. Every meal feels like it was prepared with care and attention to detail.Not only are the meals delicious, but they've also helped me stay on track with my health and fitness goals. The portion sizes are perfect, and the nutritional information is clearly labeled, making it easy to make informed choices.The customer service is exceptional too! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I love the attention to detail with greeting customers with a smile, helping with selections, and walking their customers to the door.Overall, I can't recommend My Fit Foods enough. I live a very busy life and this takes all the guesswork out of trying to plans weekly meals. I love the variety, too! Whether you're looking to save time, eat healthier, or just enjoy delicious meals, this is the way to go!

I had a wonderful customer service experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Steve who showed me how everything worked and helped me pick out meals for my boyfriend and myself. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and how helpful he was. The food looks great and I’m excited to come back for more food next week.

Then recommend how many calories I should eat a day, and a work out routine to reach my goal weight. He also explained how much protein I should eat daily and per meal. Being new to this healthy life style and having no idea as to what I’m doing I greatly appreciate all his help. He also checks in with me to see how I’m doing and offers solutions to any problems I may be having. It’s been about 5 days and I’m extremely satisfied. The prices are not outrageous either which is a relief. Wish I found this place years ago. Thank you Alfonzo and my fit foods for all your help.

Big shout out to Maya for excellent customer service and introducing me to MyFitFoods!! I had the bison shepherds pie and it was really tasty, and best of all, I felt refreshed and satiated. I’m going to get as many meals as I can from here.
Stopped in and was greeted by Michaela within seconds. Before I knew it, I had an assessment done by my weight / body fat % / and goals, and she helped me pick out 17 meals in about 20 minutes total. Super friendly and efficient! The food I've had so far is good. 2 days later Michaela texted to see how my energy was doing & how I was enjoying the meals. Great place and I'll be going back for more soon :)
