First in line to order, told to wait to order. 5 mins later order taken for a single jr. whooper. Get to window to pay, pay and then asked to pull in front to wait for my single whopper jr. There are no customers in the building no one in line. Service and wait time sucks at this location.

I've been to this Burger King location a handful of times. I've always had a decent experience with the food and employees. One thing to remember is that you may not receive the code to the restrooms until after either ordering or after they confirm your mobile order. The overall cleanliness of this location varies. There are times when it needed attention, but there are also times when it was clean. The only time I had a negative experience with the food is when the onion rings tasted like they had been fried in old oil.

Burger King is a good fast food that's well established.
Food is decent but the restaurant is understaffed and it seems like that's a constant problem lately.

As far as I'm concerned, there is only one Burger King, and that is Colby. Durring an ice storm and being slammed with about 20 orders at the same time, him and his co-Staff in the kitchen they busted their butts and even with rude customers being baligerant and inconsiderate. They kept a smile on their faces. Got the orders out and made sure to be considerate Kind and friendly with great customer service. I hope not only the manager recognizes there efforts but the district manager aswell. Because the reason buisnesses suceed are because of the never quit atitudes of gentlmen like this bravo boys and keep up the good work and know while not every one recognizes or appreciates your hard work i did on that day 1/16/24 i was litterally your last order and i am greatful :)

Food is food and decent enough.I just watched 2 different employees walking past this coffee cup lid laying on the sidewalk and not pick it up. The one guy walked over it 5 times as he was throwing away Halloween decoration waste. The manager walked over it once while talking on her phone.The trash can is 10 feet away!No pride in their workplace! This tells you a lot.
