Great service on a Wednesday afternoon. I would highly recommend checking this brewery out. Personally I enjoyed the Amen IPA. Looking forward to returning!

Giving 5 stars but I should give 0!!! I worked at conversion almost two years ago and their pizza and calizones are so addicting, I gained so much weight! There is definitely nothing like their pizza dough anywhere around - the kind that’s perfectly fluffy and simple and filling and doesn’t hurt your stomach, you know? (Made with their own handcrafted beer) no trash ingredients. It is very deceptive as it’s difficult to stop eating it. They have GF options too - also yummy and still addicting! Ugh. Locals try at your own risk! xx

I was there for the Kilt Festival and it was a blast. All of us wearing our Kilts were treated as the Royalty we are!Kid-friendliness: It's a "throwback" to the old concept of a "Town Pub" where families, including children, can come together and enjoy each others company.

This is my go to place downtown!! The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. The staff are outgoing and always friendly. I enjoy their specials and nothing beats a house made Lemon soda & vodka.

It has been over a year since I last dined at Conversion Brewery in downtown Lebanon and after todays $25+ dollar extremely burned dinner (margarita pizza and garlic knots) it’ll be 5 more years at least until I try it again. My great experience here began by going to the bar top/counter in order to order some food…the woman serving blatantly acted like she did not want to be working at all. Ignoring the poor customer service, I ordered a pizza and the knots to go. After receiving the food, I was surprised initially by how small the pizza was. It’s the size of a medium pizza from almost every other pizza restaurant…and with a much higher price as well as fewer toppings on it. But all of those things weren’t the worst part of this “experience” ….it was the extremely burned food. I understand a wood fire is just that….but the pizza and the knots were so burned, the entire dinner tasted exactly like that…very burned food and no other flavor. My entire family was extremely disappointed. After my family only had eatin 2 slices….we couldn’t do it anymore. I went to go pay for some actual edible food from somewhere else now for my family.Poor customer service + higher priced smaller portioned burned food=big negative on revisiting this place for a very long time, if ever again.

I must be honest every so often I go back to this place because of the limited options here in town, and I give it a try- the menu continues to be just underwhelming enough that I cant recommend- even the wood-fired pizza is nothing special and it should be! Loaded wedges are tasty but pricey. I went this last Saturday, and despite their normal operating hours, they didn't open till five and then only had what looked like one server and a cook- server was running around like crazy, quite flustered and while doing her best could not keep up. The tiki-style cocktail i tried for something new was mostly ice and bland. Sigh- if i just wanted to chug for beers with friends then this is a place for that (if they are not too busy) but for the full experience I don't recommend.

My husband and I stopped in on Wednesday and our server (I think her name was chi) was very knowledgeable about the beer options. She was very patient and able to find us the PERFECT drink. Her experience and warm smile was one to remember.

I've never written a review of any business on Yelp. I was in Lebanon, Oregon for a industry training, which, said company, took us to Conversion Brewing for dinner and libations. The beer and food was all good, but I was shocked by the service. As a corporate event, they took all attendees via van with designated drivers. The waitstaff and bartenders were to say the least, annoyed with the 30 person group from the get go even though they knew we were coming. This had long been planned. There was an attitude from the get go. Listen, I get that as a local in a small town, you're annoyed with a large group of "outsiders" rolling in and essentially taking over your establishment but this corporate event paid more in tips than they make in half a month of tips, and the sales generated, by a large, local international company, spending their money at this brewery, was probably more in food and drink sales than they get in two weeks time. At no point was our group unruly or out of hand. If that was the case, I wouldn't Ben be complaining. I went to order a beer, my 4th in 2 1/2 hours and one of the two bartenders with attitude, informed me we were cut off, as a group. I wasn't even trying to charge it to the company that out this event on for us, but was happy to pay my own bill. Still cut off. I was dumbfounded. I've never seen such a distain for paying customers. As we were back in our van, driven by a sober driver, one of the attendees informed us that the waitress said "thanks for ruining our Tuesday night". Again, dumbfounded at the absolute distain for paying customers. I'll give it two stars just because the food and beers were good and props to the cooks for banging out a lot of pizzas for our large group.

We had the wonderful people of Conversion Brewing deliver 33 pizzas to a local venue for my sons wedding rehearsal dinner yesterday, and I was so impressed that I'm taking time on the wedding day to leave this review. From the first phone call I placed to them for information right down to the delivery everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They delivered on time, the pizzas (even the gluten free) were delicious. We had no trouble at all getting guests to take leftovers home :). It took so much pressure off to have this part of the meal taken care of and I am extremely grateful. Thank you Conversion Brewing staff!

Was so disappointed that my favorite pizza is no longer on the menu. It had artichokes, olives, and something else I can't quite recall. It was the main reason I would choose to go to Conversion. Although the pizza is gone, I have enjoyed other foods on the menu. The thing that is somewhat bothersome is the environment. Nice decor and theme, but the restaurant smells bad, stale. There appears to be poor ventilation. The windows are quite fogged with large amounts of people. When weather permits, it is preferable to sit outside. Maybe some ventilation updates and it would be nicer inside.

Ok, so we come here A LOT and love it. The staff is incredible, the food is well balanced and high quality, plus the beverages are great. But today... Today the staff outdid themselves. I went specifically to try a gluten free pizza for the first time (I've been afraid), but in my distracted state of hangxiety, I ordered the pizza and forgot to ask for the gluten free crust... I didn't even realize I forgot until our pizza came out. (Face palm) However, I asked Ashley if I ordered gluten free and she confirmed I had not. She then proceeded to ask the kitchen staff to make me a new gluten free pie on the house and I have never felt so cared for at a brewery!!! PLUS, the gluten free crust is TO DIE FOR. You guys, it's really, REALLY good!! Even if you're not gluten free, put that crust in your pie hole. Ashley, Brittney, and all the staff at Conversion, thank you.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust is the bees knees!!

Food is awful, menu is terrible. Service is a joke, staff is lazy and should be termed but it’s Lebanon…. So the hiring problem is probably the only reason they have a job. The beer is amazing and has great flavor. The atmosphere is great, I really really want to like this place. I’ve been 5+ times and the food and service have disappointed Every time. I’ve been fighting off flies for 30 minutes waiting for my check. I really hope the owners read this. Please fix the service and food ! Please Lebanon needs a great brewery. The beer is always well balanced and full flavored. The staff is killing this brewery. It’s 14 aug 2023 at 7pm and the waitress is more worried about sitting and flirting with the guy at the bar than providing service. I want to like this place so bad and it has so much potential. Please help! After waiting 30 mins I had to pay at the bar. Both waitresses looked at me and walked away…. Omg !!!
