For a place that prides themselves on having upbeat personalities, many seem to lack a personality at all at this location. Coming from Idaho to a state where Dutch Bros is king, I thought it would be above expectations. I just don't go to Dutch Bros hardly anymore, the atmosphere just isn't worth it.

Been to this one multiple times. Drink orders always taste wrong. Tonight though was the worst. Drinks tasted like mint, did not order anything with mint. We were in line for 20 minutes. As we were about to pull away after our order was completed, the young girl started "another f**king car, ugh". Will always go to the one near Walmart.

I have been to this location two times since July as I just moved into Lebanon and both times they managed to mess my order up and forget to put the chocolate in my mocha. No one here listens or pays attention or cares about anything but blasting their music so loud inside that you cannot hear them Talk to you.
