Staff ignore customers, was the only person in the building and was looked at but ignored for 10 minutes. They also treat DoorDash drivers like they are worthless and can afford to stand around and wait 20 minutes for their delivery orders..

Came in yesterday, and the service was great! It said Taylor on the receipt, but it was a manager who helped me in the lobby, I didn't quite catch her name. It was busy at the time, but she tried her hardest to help me and the other people in the lobby. The food was amazing, I just wish there was more gravy on my famous bowl. Keep up the great work KFC!

We've been to this location a couple times now, and we were left disappointed. KFC is overpriced, and the food is subpar. The mobile app never works, and we were unable to get the deals within the app. I'm really surprised that KFC is still in business. They used to have such high standards of food and service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. They shorted us by 6 pieces of chicken. By the time we noticed they had shorted us we were miles away at a friend's home. We ate what we needed then went back to get the 6 they shorted us. They said they would not give us the chicken unless we gave back all the chicken. I will never eat at any KFC establishment again after 55 years of patronage.

Update 10/13/23:We stopped by on our way to our camp spot because we've been driving for hours and didn't feel like cooking as soon as we arrived. The drive thru was extremely slow but I wasn't in a hurry. Well he had a famous bowl and I had some chicken nuggets. We both got sick...great first night camping...I've down graded this location from 3 stars to 1 ??Food was not good.

We went in about 6:20 on a Friday evening and the drive through line was very long. We went in and heard some VERY disgruntled and rude customers. The employees seemed to be doing their best in the rush and despite the rude customers, they were professional and nice, patient and offering to add items to orders because of the wait. Food was hot and good. Thank you KFC employees!!

can’t rate food we didn’t get. going at dinner time, not a car in the drive thru - we ask to do the family combo that was on the menu and were told we couldn’t order that in the drive thru, only on the app? what in the world? then why have it on your menu? we were going to pull around and order and decided to go somewhere else instead. waste of time.

Charges $25 for a $20 dollar fill up box.They were a bit slow seeing as we were the only ones in drive through and our food wasn't piping hot like you would expect for such a wait.Tried this place last year and will not be going back again.How they stay in business is shocking.

The staff left people waiting to order for 15 to 20 mins without even a hello welcome in we will be with you as soon as we can. I watched people just start walking out and a lot of drive thru was being parked and we're waiting a long time for there food. After this I don't know if I would recommend going there. Love the food but the lack of customer service was a disappointment. Owners please help your store out.
