I online ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders crazy bread combo, and 3 m&m brownies. We did not receive the sauce or the brownies. The manager graciously refunded for the entire amount. I wasn't expecting that. We have been customers for many years and have never had any problems. This is an example of good customer retension. Thank you.

This is a good place for young adults to learn work experience. I have always had friendly experiences with this establishment. No place for customers to ?️. They have a drive up window and you are able to go inside to order.Vegetarian options: Yes.Dietary restrictions: They have lots of options for a little Caesars. I am pretty sure your needs should be met.Parking: If you want right up front, not many spots to park. There is more parking for ppl. And it's not far to walk. Just 3 or 4 spots up next to the door. I have always been able to get a spot when I needed too. But I am sure some days are better than others.Wheelchair accessibility: I do believe it is wheelchair accessible.
Many years ago Little Caesars Pizza made its start in the competitive market with minimum toppings and an amazing price. Times have changed and with the economy so poor, businesses had to cut corners and the pizza market did that by mostly raising prices and decreasing the amount of toppings, right?

Not sure what happened, but my pepperoni pizza had thick crust on edges but almost nothing to support the cheese and pepperoni, like paper thin. Please don't do that again.

My family ordered pizza, including sauce. Paid for delivery, fee and tips(total of 11 dollars alone, not including price of sauce and pizza). They forgot the sauce. We call and explain, the staff on the phone had the absolute nerve to tell us it was our fault for not checking and there was nothing they could do..except a. Pay more again for delivery or b. Come to store to pick up. Lost absolutely all respect for you guys. Why should we as the consumers pay for YOUR MISTAKES.

Captains son was a very horrible representative to have in your store. They called due to a issue with order. They had the wrong number but we called the store because the number was one we still have access too via a family member. We call called the store to check in the order before leaving and they said all was fine. I get to the store and they said they are out of hot wings. I asked why we weren't told that over the phone. Captain son proceeded to call me a liar over and over again and repeatedly mention how he believes it's a lie. Not once did his manager stop him but the minute I said anything back the manager than wanted to berate me and tell me I was in the wrong and wanted me to leave without even refunding the order. I will be taking this one step further because no one should have to deal with that again. I truly believe captain son is the one we talked to and he just didn't want to own up to his mistake. He looked very frazzled and sweaty and does not seem to be capable of handling the day to day task at the store. I would like to add that I did start saying things to him as well but only after about 15 times of him calling me a liar and his manager letting him, so I thought it was fair game since the manager didn't want to reign things in sooner. Just cause you can tell someone to leave your store doesn't mean you get to berate them and expect no retaliation.

We paid for 2 pepperoni and the extra amount for the 2 3-meat pizzas. We got charged extra for an insanely mid pizza. When we went inside to talk to the manager, the insanely thick pole up his ass must've tickled his brain, and he refused to help us. Spread awareness.

In all honesty Little Caesars is usually a last resort for a quick fix. I'm usually not too impressed with their food but the pizza and breadsticks we got we're very good and fresh.
