Sent me on my way with the completely wrong order, gave me chipotle ranch and argued that it was normal ranch than proceeded to send me away with the correct order but completely soggy and cold.

We arrived ,a group of 7 adults and 2 small children, we did not get out until almost 2 1/2 hours later. About mid way we was told the were short people in the kitchen. They were not that busy. They should have let us know about the staffing up front when we arrived, it would have at least gave us an option to stay or go somewhere else.
