Best Cuban sammich I've had in the area . I also thoroughly enjoyed my pulled pork sandwich. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Weird hours but not really a problem, just check their hours before driving there. As food carts go, this one is great.

The food is amazing but they sre never open when they say it's impossible to catch them and it's frustrating to drive to town because website says open and they aren't and there's no event calendar that I can find it's hit or miss they aren't consistent

Staff is always really helpful when coming here! The street corn is my absolute favorite! Love that there are so many options for various health needs such as low carb, high protein, keto. Have been for a few taco tuesdays before as well and both tacos have been super tasty! My personal favorite is the tacos with the pineapple cilantro, again varying options for your preferences and palettes. Definitely would recommend checking out this place. I would recommend to check their Facebook for updates on open times as I know that does vary a lot.

Had the pork nachos at an event this weekend. Absolutely LOVED the flavor combinations. It was a refreshing change to eat nachos that were so packed with flavor and freshness! Unlike the typical nachos (which are so played out and over saturated) these were topped with their signature cilantro-lime slaw. It had a little kick that was rounded out perfectly with a light drizzle of sriracha and balanced with crumbled feta. The pork was smoky and smooth in flavor and not overpowering and bitter like some places; juicy with a little bit of that smoked meat bark for those little pops of extra texture. This family owned and run business is definitely doing things right and I look forward to eating my way through their entire menu soon!
