My new husband and I ate here on our honeymoon. The atmosphere, the food, the service was all outstanding. I highly recommend this for a nice dinner out. We did make a reservation and requested a window seat which they honored.

Excellent restaurant. If you get your reservations around 6:30 to 6:45 you'll have an excellent view of the sunset.

The food is always amazing! Service was perfect and so helpful. We are on a very special diet and they worked with us to find the perfect thing. It was clean and comfortable.Dietary restrictions: My husband and I are grain free, sugar free, and dairy free. They worked with us and had an amazing meal.

This place is weird. The views are worth seeing, the service was good, but the food, cocktails, and atmosphere are bad. I recommend going in the afternoon between lunch and dinner when it’s slow so you can get a window table. If you have to order food, the fries and the house salad were okay, although one of the tomatoes on my salad was molded. The fish in the Fish & Chips was completely flavorless. Without sarcasm, I also recommend bringing earplugs because the playlist is so weird I was in genuine physical pain from cringing through our whole meal. The music would jump from 80s karaoke backing tracks to intense classical, to a bad 90s club mix, and then back to karaoke backing tracks. Maybe we were just sitting too close to a speaker, but it was truly terrible and made it impossible to relax. To make it even worse, the couple two tables from us was allowed to take a phone call on speaker phone with the volume turned all the way up without anyone from staff asking them to turn it down or take the call elsewhere. After 25 mins of listening to their loud call we got our check as quickly as possible and left (the call was still going with no end in sight as we walked out.) The whole place isn’t dirty, but there’s just weird stuff that looks like no one really cares that much; for instance, the chair at the table next to us looked like an entire ice cream cone had melted down the back of it and had never been cleaned. The cocktail menu was a list of custom-named cocktails with no descriptions and when I took a chance on a “Oaxacan Old Fashioned” it was just maraschino cherry juice, ice water, a bunch of orange slices, and a little mezcal with a plastic knife in it. Seriously, this place is so weird, I was blown away. Go for the views and avoid everything else.

We were so impressed with the food and service at Fathoms that we had to come back for lunch today, 2/17/24. Shout out to Omar and Claudia, I hope I remember their names correctly. Omar was amazing for our dinner on 2/15/24 and Claudia served us for lunch today 2/17/24.We are gluten free and there was a great selection of choices. We had steamer clams and fresh crab and shrimp as well as the ribeye steak. Wow!! So good!!Dietary restrictions: Threat gluten free options that taste delicious!

At $59 per person you would think that the food would be great. It was not!! I have eaten at Fathoms many time and it was always great. Their Xmas buffet, we were there at 3:00 p.m., was mediocre at best, tough prime rib, dried out, flavorless sea food, cold food that should have been hot, and more. The only item we thought was up to par was the chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. The wait staff, buss people and hostess were all extremely efficient and friendly. The bill ended up being $143.00 because they added the tip into the bill. What a waste of a holiday meal for the two of us.Parking: We had valet parking and it was excellent.

I had the French dip and the creme brulee. They were both good but it's the views and the service that make it worthwhile.
