The food was good, the restaurant was clean. But the counter/ drive through staff could use some training on customer service and accuracy. I observed several customers including myself wait patiently and thank the staff member for their food when it was done. The young lady working the counter seemed as if she hated her job and was annoyed with the young kid she was training. Who definitely needed more training because he messed up several orders, including our order.
Fish and chips are great. Service was bad very rude and took 20 minutes to get the order & no one was in line. Other staff are usually friendly.

Love the new family meal options. The Korean BBQ sauce is really good. The people here were incredibly nice too. We ate all we wanted and left with tons of food leftover.Kid-friendliness: My kids absolutely scarfed and loved it!

My famous bowl had more gravy than potatoes. Also My chicken little had Doughy bread. I also wish they would put popcorn chicken in the bowls, Like they used to, instead of the new chicken nuggets that they throw in there.

Very friendly workers! My doordash order was incorrect and I called and let them know and they replaced it with the correct items in a very timely manner as well. Both workers were friendly.
Stopped for dinner. Liked the food so much, we returned the next night too! The place was clean, food was delicious and service top notch. It will soon be Halloween and it was fun to see how much work was done to decorate the lobby. Thumbs up to April and her crew! Nice store!Kid-friendliness: Scary decorations for Halloween

I went thru the drive thru on my way to Washington. I ordered a 3 pc chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and gravy.The chicken strips were so dried out and hard I was not able to eat them. I decided if they were going to serve me such obviously poor quality chicken it would be in my best interest to discard the entire meal, as I could not be sure if the potatoes were safe or not.My chihuahua ate one of the chicken strips and had a terribly upset stomach the remainder of the night. I won't go into detail. What I do know is if my dog got this sick, I imagine I would have gotten much sicker if I would have eaten the chicken. Thank goodness it was literally to hard for me to bite.Will definitely never return to this KFC nor would I recommend anyone else to eat here.
