Main complaint is there is NO customer service. I placed a mobile order for pick up, and their is a pick up counter in the main front of the store where a lady calls out order numbers and puts them on this small counter next to the blank wall. She called my order, but their was Nothing at the counter. I stood there waiting for a good 8 to 10 minutes for an employee to come by to ask them where my order was. I was told 'oh, mobile orders are placed around the corner" not a single sign in the front of the store saying that. The large blank wall next to the pick up counter has a lot of room to put a sign saying mobile orders picked up around corner with an arrow. They just don't care, I guess they expect customers to come in and do a full inspection of the building to find everything out on their own.

Hey the drive thru has two lanes and goes very fast! This is a gem because no matter what my order has always been correct here! And always a smiling employee! Four paws up for customer service pros! Thank you McDonald's!

Nuggets were cold. Order 20 piece at the window, and they gave me 1 bbq sauce for 20 pieces. And here we are again, no milk shake. McDonald's has gone so far down that they make Freddy's taste good (and that place is gross)

Every time I order my large iced coffee, I have and pay extra for drizzle, and it is never the same amount, sometimes it’s barely any, and sometimes it’s to much. I pay 78. Cents for extra, I try to come here everyday let me remind you, n almost every time it’s wrong and when I ask employees what is the amount, no one knows. Today I pull up n I paid for extra twice n I asked the young man who has shift manager on his name tag, can u add more cause I asked for double, he replied No I can’t give you anymore. Now as a former GM for different restaurants in my time, I don’t think that’s good customer service . I also have heard of Andrea and I hear she’s amazing, Can you please fix this, cause I love ur coffee. Please ?.

It's Mcdonald so the food is...well it's McDonald's. The double drive-thru and friendly staff make it stand out above the rest. Really quick service with a smile is always nice especially if you're in a rush! Keep up the great work guys, it's not going unnoticed!

Kids play place has always been very clean when come. Everyone is super friendly. Kids have a great time when they are here.Kid-friendliness: Play structure and play area are clean and great outing for children especially in the winter months.

I will start with this. McDonald’s used to be a colorful fun place to be. It seems it’s taken a more industrial point of appearance. That being said I was greeted by a very nice young man named Ezra. Ezra was very nice and fun to talk to. He took my order with a smile and was very polite.
