Several visits have resulted in either missing items or wrong items all together. This time I asked for a whopper meal and one of the spicy chicken wraps and they entered it in as a more expensive sandwich and just stared at me in confusion when I asked why it was so much more than the menu board listed until a manager stepped in and corrected it. Also got the wrong soda flavor.

We did drive-through at the BK near Lowes. For the third time, they got our order wrong. Tonight, we ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese, no pickles, no onions. We got no cheese and lots of pickles on both burgers. Order #20 on 3/4/24. I can assure you, this will be our last order. Ever.

I’m gonna be really honest things here have improved a lot. We’ve both lived here for over 20 years and barely ever gotten an order wrong.. the staff used to be rather rude, but the new staff that they’ve replaced them with are a lot better.. I’m seeing a lot of complaints here on food poisoning, lukewarm food, and wrong orders. So far we really have not experienced this. Granted, they treat us like royalty here. Free food, and all. But even when we pay for food, they get it right .. so much so we have a second Burger King location in McMinnville now.If you’re nervous about drive-through quality, just go into the dining room and order in person and then leave . I’m telling you these people don’t do as bad as everyone claims.

While waiting for my honey mustard chicken wrap at the drive thru not only did I wait at the window for a total of 5 mins, while the young lady chatted on her cell phone before anyone acknowledged I was there, but I watched the man with a tattoo on his right arm, who was supposed to be cooking, eating French fries AND then putting food in bags where another young lady grabbed and stuck her ungloved hands in the bag, apparently checking the items, who knows.By the time I got my wrap and out of the drive through my son asks me "are we supposed to have chicken in this wrap" sadly it was a tortilla with lots of lettuce and a tomato, no chicken let alone honey mustard. I had hoped Burger King would have upped its game in the year since I last attempted eating there. I was very wrong. Not only unsanitary practices taking place but the food was inadequate, and that is putting it nicely. Why anyone thinks it's a good idea to put a new one in town is beyond me. I wonder if any of them have a food handlers card and if the place has ever had an inspection. Never again! Disgusting, waste of time and money!

Food is always lukewarm when I get it, like 90% of the time I get a breakfast sandwich, and I've been 15+ times in the past 3 months. If you don't get breakfast before 8am, it's cold.Service isn't bad. They're quick to get food, and I've only had to come back for ketchup 2-3 times so far.
Placed our order online and pulled up to the drive thru and could see majority of the workers standing around talking and laughing. I could see them through the window and waited a good minute or 2 before someone greeted me. Thankfully we checked our order before leaving because of course they managed to give us the wrong food and mess up on the things we didn’t want on the burger.
