This is not a place I would recommend The drinks are way overpriced, and the owner does not put pepper on his hamburgers, which is ridiculous and there's no salt and pepper at the tables. He does not care about his employees. It takes forever to get a drink. I have not seen a cook last longer than six months there Horrible place

We had a nice time at conservatory. We were there early on a Friday and it was not busy at all. We placed our order in at the bar and the two bartenders there were so polite. The poutine with brisket was delicious. The drink was a tad sour for my taste, but it was good none the less. Not a ton of menu options for dinner, but we would come back for an app and drinks.

When I can make it here from Salem it’s always such a delight! I love all the cocktail choices. There are so many fun unique spins on the drinks and the murals are so fun to look at. I love all the plants vibes and having a dinner menu that is also delish is the cherry on top

Beautifully curated cocktails and appetizers. A Mixologists location for sure. Friends and I came out here to the Conservatory in Mac and the service was so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere and local customers/a potential and up in coming bartender “Courtney who recommended some yummy drinks” were so awesome and gave the best recommendations. Food was delicious!!!!. If you come please try the portabello strips and the deep fried cauliflower.?

Conservatory Bar is my favorite place to hang out and grab a drink and delicious bite in McMinnville! They have the best rotating cocktails and AMAZING French fries! The staff is always so nice and I love the vibe. If you haven’t tried it yet, you much check them out - you won’t be disappointed!

I was there about 4 months ago and loved everything --the ambience, the murals , the vibe and especially the drinks. I tried most of their specialty drinks + shots--everything was delicious! The bartender was so friendly and knowledgeable!! If you're ever in Oregon-check out this bar- I enjoyed all the drinks!! Such a fun place to sit down and relax!!

The Conservatory is my go-to bar in McMinnville! The service is always great, the atmosphere is chill and welcoming, and the food and drinks are delicious. I’ve had some fun evenings sitting outside during the warmer months with friends. Seating can be limited during busier days, so I tend to stick to weekdays. Sebrina is the best bartender!!
