I went in to pick up my order and I heard one of the workers yell and use profanity at a customer over the phone, very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Will definitely NOT go again. Don’t waste your time.

If I could leave zero stars I would. A friend of mine ordered dinner for the house on her way home from work (she works a ways away). She was driving home so she couldn't answer her phone when the delivery driver called, instead of him just coming up and knocking on the door or leaving the food by the door at least, he just left with the food she paid for. She got home and saw her missed call, called back to ask what happened then immediately got cursed at by the driver. She was crying afterward, I can not believe the way she was treated. The whole thing is just appalling. The pizza from domino's is not worth their emotional abuse.

Just went and picked up two pizzas. Paid extra for double pepperoni and cheese. Got home and you'd think I ordered half pepperoni and cheese. Sauce showing through everywhere and only 12 pepperonis on a large pizza.

I ordered the most simplest special deal they had for $19.99. It took them over an hour when called I upset because we had been waiting 45 minutes alone in the parking lot for pick up. Rather than making it right in someway shape or form due to a very unsatisfied customer who has kids waiting to eat…He pushed the problem on the operating system for orders over the phone. Worst customer service and for waiting as long as we did the food wasn’t even made freshly like it should have been and half of the food was burnt. I would not recommend this Domino’s Pizza location— it’s ran by a bunch of teenagers without direction from the manager properly, to ensure a business is ran properly.

Sadly, it's now not as good as it once was. I understand there's always a turnover in help but still.The toppings have gotten really sparse when compared to the cost of the product. And yes, I do know from where I speak, I owned a Pizza shop for 12 years and 17 years overall doing pizza. $6.50 for delivery is absolutely outrageous, I'll never order delivery again but will go get it myself instead.. Overall, there appears to be a lack of responsible oversight and quality control mgmt.
Ordered a couple pizzas two weeks ago. Dominos of Micminnville messed up the order and gave me a 10 dollar coupon…I used that coupon tonight and they messed up my order again. Crazy right..The manger then told me that I could fix my order but pay for the fix, what a joke. I told them to not worry about it.If a McMinnville company is running shady business like this I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.Bring back the Pizza Hut or bring new management in town!This place sucks!

I couldnt tell you how the food tasted they haven't been able to make it the FOUR TIMES IVE GONE. I order off the app and this ONE store doesnt let you schedule pickups......WHHHHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY it took me not getting my food till the FOURTHHHH time in order for this to be relayed to me God can only answer that....so service is trash and the vibe is a no go.
