The staff here are so rude sometimes, it is incredibly disappointing, I came to the walk up cause I could not get in to the drive thru cause the cars were everywhere and it was pretty chaotic, the girl ignored me, did not take my order, and then finally the guy barista did but I waited another 15 min for my one single drink they went thru 18 cars before doing my one single drink, I get being busy but I walked up before multiple cars, when I tried to ask them anything I was completely Ignored. And then found out they charged me out cleared my drink and when I asked for a refund still had to wait, almost got in trouble at work cause of this stand super frustrating
