I come to this Dutch every day and today may be my last. The attendant, Miguel, attitude was just sour and negative, this isn't the first time I've encountered it but I wanted to give him several chances as maybe it was an off day but it doesn't appear to be the case. The drive up line is awful as well. Customers constantly cut people off, say they were there first when they weren't, and overall just act like elementary school children lining up for recess. The majority of the staff are wonderful, kind, and I enjoy seeing them everyday and my tip usually reflects that. I hope to see the drive up line change but if not, it isn't worth the frustration of continuing to come to this location.

I believe they have set a new record. 30 minutes to serve 7 vehicles! By far the slowest of the three Dutch Bros in Mac.
I normally visit this location for my coffee, unfortunately I will have to switch locations. I had been waiting 5 min patiently when this car drove up and pulled into the second lane in front of me. His order was taken first but I was able to pull in front of him in line. I let the lady helping me know and she was rude and went ahead and gave him his coffee first out the back door. He pulled out around me and gave me a smirk. Not a big deal but it was rude.
