Fantastic New American restaurant in Oregon wine country. We walked in for brunch at 12:30 on a Sunday in April and sat at the bar. We got incredible service from their friendly bartender Steven.The double smash cheeseburger and the chicory Caesar salad were two of the best versions we’ve had in a long time, and their homemade Oreos and milk were an unforgettable dessert. Their orange cassis gin & tonic was a memorably great take on a G&T.Even better, most ingredients are sourced from the restaurant’s own farm.

Tasty food. It's expensive, but you know you're getting local food from their own farm, which is cool. One note is that the doughnuts were very doughy to the point of being not cooked both times we ordered them, so if that's something you care about maybe ask for them fully baked. Best thing was the side of focaccia, and a good price on it too!

Ordered the $36 special, large plate (was actually a small plate, hardly any food), received two highly greasy, fancy looking, chicken nuggets made with duck meat and sparse sprigs of lettuce. Been throwing up for the last three hours. My dinner date ordered a plate that wasn’t any better. Very greasy burger and stiff/hard fries. Fancy place, expensive, good service…but terrible food. Not what I expected from the atmosphere.

We’re new in town, from Boston. My guy and I tried Humble Spirit tonight and we highly recommend it! We split everything; it was all SO good. We had the roasted carrot salad, meatballs in mushroom sauce, and the cavatelli pasta. Everything was fresh and delicious. The only thing- I wish they had bigger portions for their prices. The $28 for the ‘large’ pasta was a bit overpriced. Otherwise, very tasty. Our server was great. The atmosphere reminded me of places back in the city. Will definitely be back to try the brunch.

We had a fantastic dinner at Humble Spirit on 2/16. The food and service were excellent by every measure. Ariella took great care of us. We really liked the meatball and albacore appetizers, and my special was a pork dish, which was flavorful and unique. Also highly recommend the homemade Oreo cookie desert.

Great food and service, the atmosphere is nice but gets a bit noisy, so go early if you have hearing issues. The trout, I suspect, was farm raised, still tasty, but the other dishes were more notable. The trout was butterflied but served face down against the plate with the greens stacked on top. A lovelier presentation would have had the greens on bottom and the trout facing up on top. Superb was the Brussels sprouts leaves starter.
My girlfriend and I dined here for Valentine’s day. The staff is very attentive as was our server. I had one of their signature cocktails which was phenomenal, their bartender is amazing. I had the special of the evening which was a perfect medium rare NY strip with potato soufflé topped with a tasty Dungeness crab sauce; it did not disappoint. My date had their cheeseburger which was stellar. For desert we shared a coffee vanilla ice cream sundae that was the perfect way to end such an amazing meal. The decor and atmosphere of Humble Spirit is extremely classy. I would highly recommend dining here to anyone.
