My mother and I had an outstanding time at IHOP! Truly it revived itself from my past experiences in Scottsdale Arizona. The service was outstanding the food was great! We will be back and recommend people to do so as well.

Had an awesome double bacon omelette and a great conversation with a friend. Wait staff was attentive but not interrupting. Food was tasty and healthy not greasy.
We have been in this IHOP several times, and there has always been an issue with customer service and, well, I guess politeness these days.It was terrible service. We we had been there for 15 minutes and a waitress passed by us four times and not even said a word to us asked us if she could even get us some coffee or something to drink and it will be a few, there was absolutely no good customer service. I have gone to this IHOP and it is the worst customer service and trying to get your order placed.The worst thing is we ended up walking out and it doesn’t seem like anyone has a problem with people walking out. The next place we went to we had service and communication as soon as we walked in the door. Our order was taken drinks were served within less than a couple of minutes. And the place was full and people were still coming in and there was only one person taking orders getting drinks. It just goes to show the age difference or the places that care about customers and what they want their establishment to be like.

What can I say over priced garbage sad portions server never even refilled my coffee. Food showed up at table cold might as well been pulled from the fridge pancake were tough, chewy like they had been microwaved . Will never be back

My kid wanted to come for breakfast and I reluctantly relented. Honestly I was surprised that our breakfast came quickly and was pretty good. The eggs and bacon were well prepared and tasted good. My kid wanted banana chocolate chip pancakes which weren't on the menu, but the waitress and kitchen obliged our request. Service was good, but the restaurant was pretty empty. My biggest criticism is that the place was so dirty. The lobby area and floors were in great need of a good cleaning. It was so noticeable that the cleaning of the dining area has been neglected. Such a simple task to make this place more appealing.

Waitstaff topnotch.Service and food not as good today. 2/25/2024. Our waitstaff took our order only and 3 other waiters brought us water refill and take home boxes.
