Not 5 Stars! I love Jimmy Johns NEVER had any issues until today! I placed an order for delivery left a 22% tip of $10! One of my sandwiches was missing from the order I called to let them know, I was super respectful not even mad. I reminded the person on the phone that it was a “#9 with no onions please”! It took 40min to finally get and was covered in onions, the receipt was taped to the bag a literally said “no onions” I called to let them know and they said, “they didn’t know it said no onions” I said the receipt was taped to the bag, “they said well I’m not the one who made it” I hung up lol such bad customer service! The lettuce looks all brown too!

We ordered at the drive through and paid and everyone inside disappeared. So much for fast service. We sat there for 5 minutes before they even started our food. The lady that took our order could have not answered in a more annoyed voice.

This place is no longer worth the effort. Orders are rarely correct and their sandwiches are not made to JJ's standard. They make the brand look bad. Look before you eat!

I had a sandwich delivered and put in the instructions not to knock because my dog has a torn ACL, he gets jumpy. My food was delivered quick with no knock and a treat for him was stapled to the bag. Thank you Jimmy John's that absolutely made my day.

Used this location for a business lunch and learn. Food was supposed to be ready by 11:30 am. Still waiting and it’s 12:15. I will miss the opportunity to educate my client and miss out on any sales. Employee could care! Thanks JJ for nothing.

JJ's has been my go to for years. In 3 different states! And when I moved to McMinnville I was super happy they were right in town. Not Now. The product has become inedible and the service way worse. Got a giant turkey and ham and received watery shreds of turkey and stuff just thrown on a skinny bun. When I called to give some feedback the "Manager" started out refusing to give me his name. I was not a Karen here. I simply asked whom I was speaking to. My almost weekly order is No More. Pictures tell a thousand words.

The young lady that made my wrap was so sweet and polite. Her name was Cassie. Best Chicken ceaser wrap ever.
Delicious sandwiches, ready extremely quickly - at any time of the day, and (in my many experiences) made exactly to order, too! Their "Little John's" are around $4, 6.5 inches long, decently filling, and hold such an intense and unique flavor when blended with their specialty 'Jimmy' toppings. A variety of sides are available as well, too. You can never go wrong with one of their super soft baked goods, or maybe a big whole pickle if sweets aren't your thing. Or just grab a bag (or 2) of their 'Jimmy Chips', which are flavor packed, and extra crunchy - "just like they oughta be!" - no matter which kind you choose! Enjoy!

Handing out wrong orders, not calling them out and having them sit while the customer is waiting for their food. When asked where is my food I was told rudely by the older lady on the make line its coming while the whole time it was sitting ready. When I went and asked the cashier to cancel my order after 30 minutes of waiting she went and check for the order and told me that it was ready for a long time. Still trying to figure out why my sandwich was almost 25$ (when anyway i make it on the app the total would have been 18$ ) then when i politely questioned why it was so much she belittled me like I didn’t know I just ordered a 15$ I just don’t understand why adding guacamole is 9$ in drive thru?! And max 3$ on the app

Altered my sandwich to get a caprese sandwich with added avocado and no meat. It was a great sandwich for a quick chain sandwich, bread is nothing special but tastes good with the toppings. Fast and kind staff.
