It was rainy and cold tonight so I stopped to order takeout at this food truck. Sushi was off the menu. But there were loads of noodle and rice options.I ordered the grilled tofu with veggies in garlic sauce and fried rice. I just wanted a no fuss easy meal that satisfied and I wasn’t disappointed. Everything was delicious.Ordering was easy, the food is cooked fresh. My beeper went off in about 15 minutes and my take out was ready!The charred tofu came with grilled veggies and a secret sauce to drizzle over the tofu chunks. The fried rice brought back memories of a Japanese styled, rice classic that is often hard to find in USA.Dinner was exactly what I wanted. I’ll be coming back for more soon.Oh & the little soy packets on the side are utterly charming. Arigato Namaste ? ????

Excellent good however they don't update their hours, are randomly closed without announcement. Just drove an hour to discover they are closed during business hours with 0 reason given and no update to anywhere.( a 3 second task)

Their hours say open till 9pm during the week day. Make sure your there before 830pm i guess their posted hours are WRONG! I eat here often but got off work a little late this evening made it there to order food at 840pm mind you it says their open to 9pm. I was turned away was told they was closed and it was 840pm. They lost me as a customer! They should change their posted hours to closing at 830pm if that's the case. Very very disappointed

just nowNEW I've been here many times before and always enjoyed it. great food, price is not too bad. Definitely the best Sushi in McMinnville. However, i would like to know why the lady lied to me today when I called in my Order. As stated, I have been here MANY times. I tried to order sushi and she cut me off yelling at me on the phone "WE DON'T HAVE SUSHI!" So I ordered something else, she confirmed my order and I went to go pick it up, only to have a woman in front of me Order the exact thing I wanted first, Sushi, same rolls too. With her it was no problem. But ok, I've ordered anyway, too late now. I go to pick it up and she left part of my order off, I reiterated I ordered Egg Rolls. She goes "WE DON'T HAVE EGG ROLLS" Who is this lady I've never met to be yelling at me when I haven't even raised my voice. Screw that. I turned and walked away. I'm not dealing with that crap, and I'm certainly not paying for only part of my order after I was blatantly lied to. After talking with someone else who apologized and offeres to make things right, it happened again with the same lady. Seriously, do your job and stop treating people like trash. We won't be back until the Mexican b**** is gone.

WOW! My daughter came here yesterday. We had two sushi rolls. I think it was the Red dragon and Kaki roll. We also had the hibachi steak and shrimp with vegetables and rice meal. My daughter had yakisoba noodles and teriyaki chicken. Everything was so delicious! We are hooked!

Flavor was great. But the customer service really lacked. And the price you pay for the portion size you get is a rip off in my opinion.

Service is good but perhaps the sushi that day was absolutely not the best. Understand is a food truck but I believe is overrated with too many stars as is not even a decent sushi or Teriyaki. I'll not try again2.5 stars is reasonable enoughDefinitely Momiji has better quality despite the fact you can't dine in yet

Here is the thing about this place. The food is absolutely amazing. Like really really good. By far our favorite sushi ever. They definitely have some kinks to work out though. The service leaves a little bit to be desired. We always order on door dash. The food takes forever some times, like we have waited over an hour before, and there weren't that many people there. Today when I ordered I was at the laundry mat. I got a notification that my order was ready. I packed up my laundry half folded because I didn't want cold food. I rushed over to retrieve my food and walked up the lady at the window was watching YouTube. I stood there for around 45 seconds and decided to get her attention. She looked at me like I was extremely rude and asked what I needed. I told her my name and she said my order was not ready yet, but almost. I was surprised and told her DoorDash said it was ready. She said I would have to wait. Three people ahead of me got food before I did. I waited around 10 minutes. I have ordered DoorDash from other restaurants and have not had this problem. My husband usually picks up food and he has encountered this multiple times as well. I could have finished folding my laundry. The point is DoorDash is not to have to wait. I have been procrastinating on writing this because I hate leaving bad reviews, but unless this poor costumer service changes soon we may stop coming to kaki. If you want to order from here the food will be amazing, but be prepared for bad customer service and a wait.

The times it says online do not match hours they are open . going off of online hours 3 diffrent times and their posted hours twice now and they are never open. Been there once and it was a off putting experience with the sushi but the noodles were great.

the lady was kinda mean, forgot half our order. waited 30 minutes. stared me down and for what? we were nice, didnt make a scene didnt even get mad. it was just aweful experience.update: she didnt even give us what we ordered. the food itself is okay at best. certainly not worth what we went through.

Honestly I use to love the food from here. BUT last night was the end of it. You over charged me by $14 would of supposedly never realized unless I said something.. so I wonder how often you guys do this to other customers… they gave me the difference in cash.. but then again DIDNT give me the right amount back.. (didn’t say anything cause I’m not one to argue over $1) THEN YALL bag it up.. with no napkins no utensils NOTHING so when we get to the park.. there’s NOTHING TO EAT WITH! So we have to drive all the way back to get something.. so BY THE TIME I GET TO MY FOOD ITS COLD.. YALL definitely lost my service.. and I’ll be mentioning it around town.
