i paid for 3 piece meal as take out, got home and i got a 2 piece meal. after spending all day in the hospital with a loved one , was disappointed with my kfc.

Went through the drive thru and watched an employee drop all our chicken on the counter then she proceeded to pick it up with her bare hands and give it to us. I asked her to please not give us the chicken she dropped everywhere and she gave us a horrible attitude and began to argue that the counters are sanitized. She “re-bagged” our chicken and gave us the same chicken. RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEE.

Was told there wasn’t a smaller size of mashed potatoes other than large, was charged and given an 8 piece tender when I asked for 8 piece nugget. Everyone in the restaurant waiting for food had to go back to the counter because their order was wrong.

Better people this year than last year, prices still a little high, but I get kids meal to beat inflation, it is a "breakfast" before I work swing.
Got number 8 was so bomb came with 3 fried prices of chicken with a side of fries would recommend this

This place has horrible customer service. My grandkids and went inside to order. The person was more worried about the garbage then she was a paying customer. Never again will I go back there.

Didn't receive correct order. Wasn't given a receipt. Stupid me should have made sure they gave it to me. We should have received extra crispy chicken and extra Cole slaw. Got soggy, oily original and no extra slaw. When you work long hours and spend 50 bucks on dinner and you get stale biscuits and gut bomb chicken, I don't know what to say

Ordered a whole meal, for the most part their customer service is good but this time she was rude, short, no please or thank you when asking for the money. We get home and no condiments, no eating utensils (luckily we were home) they didn’t ask if we would like sauces, so no sauces for our chicken which we would’ve payed extra if need be. Our chicken littles were just thrown together with mayo everywhere, the pickles just stacked instead of nicely spread apart and the chicken itself sliding off the side, you can tell they put no care whatsoever in making them.
