Drive up see ads on building buy 1 get 1 for a dollar, I order two big macs , go to windows to pay 9.98 . Says they don't offer that any more, that another crew takes and puts up ads, I said you need to get them down or respect the add. We can't he said so I paid and then was told to pull into spot 3 till they were done. It soon arrived, pulled into parking spot, to eat , they were not fresh, quite cold. Never go there again.

Always hit or miss, never know if you'll get what you want/paid for, asked and paided for a medium strawberry milkshake and ended up getting a small Carmel frappe from them, not sure if their ice cream machine broke or what, they didn't give much of an explanation just asked if I wanted something else to drink

Came on 05/04 and was given the wrong order at the window!!! So much for using the mobile app!! Long wait time. Drive thru takes forever. Horrible customer service.Came and gave them another try. I placed a pick up order. They told me they would be with me in a minute then proceeded to help everyone on the other drive thru lane before I was even helped. I was forgotten until I started saying “hello?” To the speaker.

Their Customer service sucks! Actually WHAT Customer service. They ignore everyone standing at the counter and you get their attention while they are all(6 employees) standing there chit chatting! They act like you inconvenience ld them! And they get paid HOW MUCH! work ethics are out the door these days! Also I door dash and they really treat dashers horribly!!!

Worst wait time! Been in the drive through over 30mins
Arrived inside at 1027am. Kiosk didn't have breakfast so waited at counter. Finally got help at 1030am. Emmanuel said no more breakfast. I explained that I was at the kiosk well before and it was still exactly 1030am so asked if he could go confirm breakfast was not an option. He leaves the counter and starts to make coffee drinks. Comes back 5ish mins later to tell me manager said no. I asked why he couldn't just tell me that right away without making coffee drinks for others. "I'm too busy." No apology, no nothing. CLEARLY does not care about customers. I get that I was pushing close to swap over from breakfast, fine. Rude though to leave front to go ask a question and never return only to tell me he was too busy to. This store needs help on their breakfast transition. It should be 1030, not a few mins before. Plus have SOME empathy for a customer and actually reply to me before going and doing other tasks. Try harder McDonalds. ?

McDonald's two days in a row? Is something wrong with me? Not really, it's just that there aren't many fast options for breakfast and this gets it done.I ordered the Egg McMufin meal. It was prepared quickly, properly and other than not putting any napkins in the bag, it was good. Hash browns were hot enough and the Egg McMuffin had all the right stuff.Restaurant was clean and there was no trash on the tables. I was able to add a few ice cubes to the coffee, noticing that the soda and condiments area was clean.Parking: Not the biggest parking lot but the Sprinter van did okay.
