I waited 20 minutes for a double bacon cheeseburger and a strawberry shake. The cheeseburger sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes. I refused the cold burger. As someone was making a new burger, a different person tried to give me the cold burger again. After 20 minutes, I did have a fresh burger and fresh shake, but had a terrible experience.

First I asked for no onions or pickels on my burger and I got a pretty made burger that they wiped the pickels and onions off at least the could have put the ketchup and mustard back on , then I asked for a mcchicken no lettuce and I got 1 with extra lettuce and no mayoI think they need to either get it right or they should tell you they don't serve it they way you ask for itLazy help in the kitchen and it was only 630 at night when I ordered so not even like it was late in the night
