Let me be honest; sometimes the food here is perfect. Exactly the right portions of ingredients to create a great burrito, especially when they remember the extras I PAID FOR.Today was not that day. The wait was very long, the Oregon burrito was small, dry and had zero guac (that I paid $1.50 for). It's usually a 50/50 chance I'll actually get the guacamole on the burrito.The gentleman I spoke to regarding a credit was very sweet! Thank you!
Came in this morning with a FAT order of 18 Breakfast Burritos for work. Tony helped us inside the store with taking our order. Not only did they get the order out in a timely manner, but Tony said if anything was forgotten he would drive to our store HIMSELF with the correct food.Out of 18 burritos, only one person has mentioned something askew, which is IMPRESSIVE! Shout out to Tony and the cook for delivering on such a massive order??
