Service is slow as hell!! Very disappointing at how long my order of ONE ITEM took. During my wait I heard all employees goofing off and not on task. Very disappointed in my express today.

If you want a burger like Mom used to cook? This is the place you need to try. Burgers are made to order. With any condiments your heart desires. Hot fresh and juicy burger. Made right when you order it. Unless you want a pound and a half of potatoes. Order the small french fry ?I will definitely be coming back to Nancy's

Stopped in here on a whim since we knew it would feed everyone based on the online menu. Pulled in and were greeted by the amazing smell that is only present at a good burger place. The burgers were great, the fries were alright, the onion rings, amazing. Fry sauce? Yes please! Classic rock blaring on the speakers. Sponge bob on the TV. People at the front saying hello and good bye... If I lived here I would come here often, with friends. If you are in the area and want a tasty burger swing in.Parking: Concrete with lines, it's all sorts of amazing. It's even angled! Pull on in.

1. Quality of customer service is way below any standard I have ever been held to as a human being. I feel like a child being scolded when I order, getting cut off, and yelled at for adding bacon. Seriously I am not a bitter person or "Karen" I get it people have bad days and it gets busy but this place needs customer service training or a review on manners. Tonight was our third attempt and were treated like complete garbage. I had to channel some inner breaths and chose kindness the first 2 times but this time to the reviews.2. Food would be wonderful if they didn't mess our order up and we didn't have to drive back there to get it fixed ( the first 2 times we let it slide and just went without ).3. Now my food is cold because I sat here and wrote this stupid review.

This place has gone way downhill ?. Just went through and the service was garbage. Waited at the speaker for 2 min without a greeting, got cut off before I finished ordering, then after a 6 min wait at the window before anyone said anything to me, they said it was too late to modify my order!!! I sat at the speaker for an additional 2 min trying to finish my order before even driving up.... oh yeah, then they forgot the fry sauce which I asked for and any napkins. Won't be goin back there.

Normally when I order large fries, there is enough to share with a couple people. That’s not the case anymore. They don’t give the same portions anymore and don’t season anymore. Can’t even taste the Cajun.

Awesome awesome burgers! Excellent drive through and fast friendly counter service. Huge and filled with everything you can want. Milkshakes taste old school with real ingredients of cream and flavours are insane!! NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!! Excellent fun experience..

I love the fries and the burgers are good. a step above fast food and a lot of other places. I hope they read this because I want them to step up and clean the ceiling. If you look at the vents up there they have a very black dust build up. Not pleasant to see when it is above you and you are eating. does not seem sanitary. That also tells me the rest of the ceiling would have dust build up on it even if it does not stand out. this last thing is why I gave atmosphere 1 star.
