What you expect from Subway. They try their best but sometimes get the order wrong. Although one day we ordered a sandwich with extra mustard and the sandwich just oozed with mustard. Huge dolops of mustard squeezed out of it just from picking it up. My child loved it

This Subway deserves better than 2 stars!! Whenever we have stopped in, they have always done a very nice job with our sandwiches. We have appreciated the convenience of both ordering through the drive through and as well as going in to order. The ingredients have always been fresh and done to our liking.

Ordered two sandwiches online today at 2:22pm. The app said it would be ready at 2:40pm. We arrived at 2:30pm. Two people were working, but it wasn't hectic and not very busy. My husband and I watched them take three walk-in customers orders, and still hadn't started our sandwiches. I walked up to the counter to talk to the young woman working, and I was very careful to be nice. I just asked her opinion on the best way to order, online or in person. I asked if there was a protocol. She was very nice and she said they are supposed to fill orders in the order they were received, going between walk up and online. So, if they are working on an order and an online order comes in, they are supposed to do that order next. She then admitted to not doing that because they are given longer to make the online sandwiches. I guess it never occurred to her that it was okay to complete online orders early. We finally received our sandwiches at 2:49pm, which was 9 minutes past the given time. Also, while we waited, a car came to the drive thru. The woman toasted that customers bread, set it on the counter, then decided to prep and start cooking three metal trays of bread first, then went back to making the sandwich, while the customer just sat waiting in the car. She also didn't change her gloves a single time either. Handled trays, made 5 different sandwich orders, handed people there orders, rang them up, etc. I do not recommend the Subway in McMinneville, OR. Children are being left to run the store and are not mature or experienced enough to handle it. The place was filthy, nothing was stocked, it was a mess. I never got mad. Didn't cause a scene. In fact, I didn't say a thing. Until now.
