Please stop asking me for a tip when I use my card!!! A tip is supposed to be offered. It is hugely bad manners, and it seems you are already being paid a wage. Subway did not used to ask for tips when I handed them my card. Is this a policy? When did this start? Since when do drive through restaurants allow/encourage their workers to prompt customers for tips? I own a business and provide professional skilled service to customers every day, and I NEVER ask them for a tip!!! Stop doing this! It pisses me off!

Vary rude girl at the counter only seemed interested in gabbing with guest already helped, kept asking the same questions over and over 3X's and upon paying theres no signs indicating she cant accept a hundred dollar bill, so standing there patiently waiting was for nothing, being handicap it's hard to stand for any leangrh of time just to be turned away it was about 11:30am. I tried getting only a 6" Turkey sandwich with mayo and lettuce and a large drink, but was told I had to leave, if I treated any paying guest this way I would've got fired or suspended, you dont treat your guest this way. It might be tough on the staff working but we the guest are not use to how things are yet, if shes usable to work a shift by herself? Find her help or put her on a not so busy shiftx but there's no reason to be rude or snoty with paying customers, UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD

I'm going to the subway for 2 years I did the exact same thing every time whether I'm in the Drive-Thru or I go in and I sit down. Normally it's really good however today I went to the drive-thru for my normal salad and it took them might have third of the time that it normally does finding anything of it so I went to eat my salad. They didn't cut up anything they didn't make anything smaller except the meat nothing was mixed together. It took me longer to mix my salad so that my dressing was to the bottom with the rest of my food then I did to eat my food. Amigos nothing was cut up I look like an animal I made a horrible mess in my vehicle.

This is perhaps the worst subway I’ve ever ordered from. Ordered chicken bacon ranch with 7 veggies and cheese. Received 3 of the veggies, no bacon, no cheese. Fast food workers want 15$ an hour and they literally can’t read words to make the sandwich correctly. The woman who made this is in for a rough marriage if she makes all her sandwiches like this.
The franchise owner has given up and doesn't care how anyone they hire behaves. The food is not prepared according to Subway standards. Employees are contemptuous and often stoned. Management is useless. There are better options pretty much anywhere else in the state. Photo is supposed to be a Spicy Italian loaded down with veggies. That's pretty standard with what we typically receive.

Completely messed up my order, I asked for a very simple order: foot long with turkey, cheese, lettuce, and jalapeí±os. They managed to somehow mess that up... I got zero lettuce and only had jalapeí±os on one side of the sandwich, they didn't even toast it! Absolutely pathetic.

The service here was beyond bad. When I ordered my sandwich they had gotten three things wrong because she didn't care to listen. She also rolled her eyes when I corrected the order. The counter didn't seem to have been cleaned all day. The subway south of town is worth the trip. Avoid this location.
