Now to order you cannot order at the register you have to order on the kiosk. Seriously? The guy working the counter was super nice and willing to come help which is great... but what happens when he has a line and can't do that? Worst cooperate decision in my opinion to take away customer service... the best of any business. Ugh. I just walked out.

I hadn't even stopped my car all the way before they rushed me to order. When I ordered one item at a time, they continued to ask, is that it, before I could even finish saying what I was ordering. When i was telling them what i wanted they would interupt me asking, before the word was even finished! Once I was at the window they handed me my money back and tried to hand me my food and drink before I could even set my card down. They were annoyed that I wasn't ready for them to throw the food at me. I ordered a slushy and it wasn't even filled to the top. The cup had at least 2 inches empty. Maybe it was because they were all gathered around on their phones inside shushing each other to not say anything inappropriate around me while they laughed. I don't expect another from this place but this was a awful experience

About as good as any Taco Bell can be. Never had any wrong orders, cheaper than others (e.g., Newberg, Tigard), fairly clean. The staff are casual but get the job done.

Food wasn't stellar though it rarely is. My order looked like an elephant walked across the tacos before they made it into the bag. It truly is a rarity the food is good and for the price, it should always be fresh and good. I rated the service a 4...this visit, at least eye contact was made and my change / card not dropped on the ground due to not even looking before releasing. I'd love to say it's just here or this time but poor service and food quality has become the norm everywhere. I can eat healthier for less, I don't have to patron the establishment. I am aware that is a choice yet not an excuse for poor service and food, assuming you get all you were charged for.

Taci Bell is my favorite fast food and this location makes me hate Taco Bell, and that makes me so sad. I never modify the menu item and somehow every single thing in my family's order is wrong. We regularly are missing items or are served stale ingredients. This place is a mess. Don't even bother.

Every single time I have ever ordered for delivery they have included no hot sauce. Not only should they automatically include at least a couple with EVERY order no matter what, I have asked and included hot sauce to every ordered just the same as including a taco to the order it shows as an items purchased within the order. There really is no excuse for not including something listed on the order. Is there anyone in the world out there that will eat Taco Bell without hot sauce?See receipt for reference with hot sauce included just like any other item on every order. This is not something included unless specifically ordered/requested/purchased.To have this happen at this specific establishment here and there perhaps is understandable, every single time absolutely is not.
The food was fine, however, Even though we were the first ones in line, it took several minutes to get our order taken. Also, the bathrooms were kind of dirty.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell in the America in my honest opinion! I live locally, the best tip I can say about this Particular one is always check your order before leaving and if they messed up and have to fix said order check it again because they are all lazy and don't put everything in your burrito/tacos. It's honestly hasn't changed in the last 20 years. Ive seen employees come and go from this franchise more than any other business. Even Mcmenamins on third. That's saying alot! Lol
