We were traveling through Medford and decided to walk over and try this place. This place has a really cool vibe with new decor and furnishings. Our server Sarah was on it. She greeted us immediately with a friendly smile. She introduced the happy hour and dinner specials and promptly took our order. We ordered one of the specials, the philly cheese steak sandwich. The meat was thin sliced prime rib and the veggies were perfectly cooked. In a nutshell, the food was good, the beer was nice and cold and the service was awesome! We will be stopping by again upon our return home.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!
We felt like we were staying at a resort on a Caribbean island! From being greeted at check in with a flower lei, to the final checkout, all the staff were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with soft white linens on the bed and fluffy towels in the bathroom with a large walk in shower. The complimentary breakfast bar was incredibly delicious with fresh fruits and many other customary morning meal items. The amenities (fitness room, heated pool surrounded by palm trees, and the spa) were a real treat! Not to be overlooked, the tropical libations, appetizers and entrees at the “5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill” were just delightful! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Rogue Valley and want to catch some beach vibes and escape to a little piece of tropical paradise! We’ll definitely be returning soon! The theme and decor is super cute and reminds me of Margaritaville. The service was really good, our server was attentive and friendly. We ordered the happy hour jerk chicken skewers and chips & queso dip, a Bahama Mama and Uptown Top Shelf Margarita. The drinks were good but the food was not. The flavor of the jerk chicken was good but the quality of meat was questionable. The chips were definitely from a bag and the queso was good but probably from a jar. I would say atmosphere and service were a 5 starDrinks were a 3 starFood was a 1 star

Menu was general bar food which is great if prepared right unfortunately the night I had it. The food was not prepared properly. Ordered the hummus and pita’s. The chips were burnt or cooked in old oil. It was supposed to come with bell peppers and celery, and instead came with thick carrots sticks. But I didn’t notice until I got to my room too late.However, the wait staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to allow me to order upfront without having to sit at the bar Also, the front desk was very helpful. They had a great attitude when I checked in and throughput my visit.
