Bambu has become our favorite Asian restaurant in the Rogue Valley! Our meals were incredibly flavorful, the presentation, tasteful! To manage expectation, the meals may not arrive at the same time. But, the fantastic food mostly makes up for any food timing foibles.Their crabcakes are sensational! My husband had the baby back ribs, which he gave two thumbs up. I had the macadamia sesame, crusted halibut, with coconut cream sauce. I look forward to getting that again, and again, and again! We each got a flight of sake. I recommend doing that if you’re not certain which are your favorites.Lastly, I have food and seasoning allergies. I never know how a restaurant will respond to them. Our server was very respectful of them and the cooks created delicious dishes without the spices I cannot handle.Dietary restrictions: They were very respectful of my food allergies.

I had really high hopes for this place. I had heard some great things about it, but unfortunately I had a negative experience. I had put in my order and never saw anyone again till our food came out which took 45 minutes. The tables beside me got helped multiple times and ignored mine. I had witnessed a couple get seated, order placed, food brought out, cashed out and left in the time I was waiting to be helped and got my food. The extent of my service was me being asked if I wanted soy sauce with my food. The prices were crazy for what they were and for me to be ignored while watching others around me receive help left me not wanting to come back. I was finished with my food and just sitting for 20 minutes and again witnessed the people next to me be asked if they wanted desert or any more drinks and asked if they could do anything more for them. I was never asked any questions aside from when I placed my order and got my food. Not sure if this is a result of one server not doing their job or what but I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be eating here again. Would not recommend.

Over priced for how mediocre the food is. Most of the dishes were drenched in grease. There was no coordination between wait staff. My spinach was old as in wilted before they cooked it I could taste it. The place has a good interior but food needs work. I'd be ashamed to serve what they do for the price point.

The pork was very dry and "jerky like". Serving sizes were very small, so to make up for the portion size, we were given so much white rice it was ridiculous. It was super expensive for that.
The Phad Thai tasted only like vinegar. The other two dishes were decent. It was over an hour before our food arrived and the restaurant wasn’t full.

Pretty good, especially for Medford. The service was fantastic. The food was fresh. There was too much sauce on most things are the sauces were not varied. The place felt a little eclectic in a appropriated sort of way.

Hands down one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Their salmon special was the best fish I’ve ever had. The whole dish was executed beautifully and the staff was so wonderful.Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and dairy free and they so easily accommodate with amazing food!

We love sitting at the bar, watching the cooks. It is truly "dinner and a show." Creative flavor combinations, great staff. We gladly drive 40 minutes to be here!

This place is heavy seafood and fish orientated. It is an Asian cafe and Wine Bar but more of a fish Fusion than anything. All of their food options were exceptionally wonderful. We have a great wine menu. However, there is no drink menu to choose from except beer and wine be prepared if you were not wanting to have anything but whole cocktails. This menu is higher-priced so be prepared to spend more than the average sushi bar
