By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The waiter was very unprofessional and rude. Took one an a half to get our food. Waiter didn't even bother to check on us for drinks or at least apologize for the long wait. Done with this place

Took over an 15 mind to get drinks.We ordered before 3 tables that came in. Almost an hour later all three tables where served and almost done eating and we still have not received our order. We were completely ignored by the wait staff.We asked for our check without getting our food. We were charged 5 dollars per drink. (Soda/tea)This place is going down hill.

Went yesterday and waited about 45 minuets to be seated after being told it was going to be a 5-10 minutes wait. This was followed by about 30 minutes for a server to take our order. Our food took about an hour as well. My cousin didn't get his drink until he was almost done with his food. The 5$ fries I paid for included about 20 fries and also came 20 minutes after receiving my wings. The waiters here have a tendency to just stand around .The only thing keeping this place in business is its food honestly. The service never fails to be slow here.

The music background noise really loud. Food was not worth what I paid. 78.00 for three people no alcoholic drinks. Two burgers, and wings. The amount for sides french fries and tator tots very small. Flavor overall was good but now I remember why I don't eat here.

Ordered a Hop Valley Trippy Ricky, 6 boneless jammin jalapeño wings and, the bacon hatch burger. Burger went down like a fat kid on a seesaw as did the rest of my food. My server was Noah he was kind, knew the menu and over all did an excellent job IMO, didn't over visit my table (left me to eat in peace) and he was able to make a couple suggestions for my meal that I am very thankful for. Hope he gets a pat on the back and a THANK YOU! From his boss cause he definitely made a repeat customer outta me even though I'm from Klamath Falls. Thank you Noah for the great experience and thank you to the cook or cooks for an EXCELLENT meal. I. Will. Be. Back.

Cold fries which cost a lot, stale day old wings cover in sauce. My order was delivery the uber drive photo didn't match drive. I removed my card on file only to find out next morning the driver tries to debit $5.97 from my card...didn't get it. The management sucks 1st time out of towner spend over $42 for 12 wings and cold fries. NEVER EAT HERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE STALE DAY OLD FOOD
Came in on a weekend night because it was one of the only places open. I've been to this location for years because it's the only one around. I have had some good experiences here, mostly bad though. Tonight was easily the worst of them all. Bartender was very rude about asking for my identification and took and exceedingly long time to get just a beer at a place that wasn't really busy at all. My food was probably the worst. The flavor and the portion of the wings was pretty good, that was the highlight. Otherwise I guess now you have to pay extra for celery and carrots with your wings which I got five total pieces of carrots and celery for an additional $1.49. also getting a regular size of fries is apparently extremely small portion that tasted like they were microwaved, not fresh. Not to mention they brought out only two 1/2 full sauce ramekins for my entire meal. But I still finished everything and had a few drinks. It had been about 10 or so minutes after I finished and nobody had talked to me about getting more food or drinks though for even longer and I figured well I have cash so I'll just leave that because no one is coming back, and of course as soon as I get up and get my jacket on and start on my way that's when my server came over probably under the presumption that I'm just leaving without paying my tab. Very standoffish environment, servers, food runners seem like they're avoiding contact with guests. Just a really bad time.

Put order in it said it was done on app went to store they checked on it said it was almost done waited an hour then they said they just got the order when I asked about it again horrible service wish I could of gotten a refund they finally rushed out some old gross chicken that had other sauce on it first and some soggy old fry’s it was gross would not recommend

We tried 4 times. Would rate a 1 every time. Over an hour wait consistently. Food over cooked, dried out, AND cold. BWW is one of our favorite places to go so we've been hoping that we just caught them on a bad night, but every experience was horrible start to finish. Ate on a Sunday night and 4 of the 5 tables within earshot had complaints. The manager is apathetic at best. They need an emergency reset asap or this place will not survive much longer.

Disgusting bathrooms, and severely understaffed, however the food is good for the price and is a great place to go with a group of friends.
