SantaFe chicken is my all time favorite. Never had a bad one until today. Chicken almost undercooked, no "char" flavor at all and the chili was the size of a finger. Onion rings appeared good, but the over powering taste of plain flour on the onions seemed to grow in my mouth as I chewed was disgusting. My husband's double famous star ordered without the sauce and without cheese came WITH sauce and cheese. The Salted Carmel pretzel shake, I wouldn't recommend, unless you like cereal that's set in the milk for so long the the crunchy bits are now soft and chewy. But if you do, remember to ask for a jumbo straw because the soggy bits of pretzel clog up the standard size straw. Was this meal worth the price paid? I don't know because we weren't given a receipt, but I'll say NO! In fact you can't pay me to eat that again.

So went inside today 100923 and ordered my meal. Came out quick but it was cold as can be. Fries were dang near frozen and the burger was sloppy. This seems to be the new normal lately everywhere you go now. Why should we pay these people 20 bucks an hour when they can’t even cook the food?

How is it every single time I come to pick up an order there is nobody in drive-thru there's nobody in the lobby yet my order is never ready to be picked up ever the other location in Medford absolutely has it ready check out the pictures I've posted.

Great food but the pice sure is climbing. Very expensive.
The people on the can’t get my food right from the past 4 times i went there. It’s always a mess up and they can repeat back the order to me and still serve it completely wrong. The cashiers are phenomenal. But the line people cannot read the screens and understand common sense. AND I COULD SEE THE SCREENS SAY EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD LIKE AND WHAT NOT TO PUT ON! And the employee on the line did not wash her hands before applying new gloves. It’s pointless arguing to the line. And I wasn’t the only one with this issue, there were multiple people coming in saying that they forgot something or the food was messed up. Their ideals of PLAIN is to still put the sauce on it. I strongly suggest checking the food and make their times go up since thats all they seem to care about. No receipts given either to write the survey. I paid for bacon to be put on two of my burgers but they only gave me one burger with bacon. These line people need better training and they’re not even younger people. They’re older people which should have more experience.

Hit or miss when fulfilling orders. It's a horrible job so don't take to much offense to it. I just highly recommend calling if you have a order for delivery or check out to Have them verify your orders, so you make sure that it comes out the way it needs to be, that's what I do.
