I am beyond satisfied. I am beyond thankful of this wonderful community. I went a couple weeks back, and was served by a young man… I think from what I remember he told me, his name was Jack Post. He did an excellent job providing me the service I needed, and went out of his way to help me receive my needs. Because of him, I am truly grateful of the Chipotle community, and will be returning to this place again. Thank you young man, Jack Post.
We waited in line well one worker waited on everybody. When we got to order they were all out of carnitas. We were told it would be about 10 minutes and then we could wait. After waiting for 10 minutes, we got back in line only to find out when we got to the front that he had failed to notify the person in the back that they were out of carnitas and we were told it would be a half hour wait. Since going to this chipotle a lot, I would say more times than not they will mess up your order. Also, you can't trust the fajita veggies. The cooks they have rarely know how to cook them. I would say they are undercooked 80% of the time which is a shame. Also, most times they fail to season the rice and the chips. The other one across town is the same quality but they might give you more food, but will definitely leave of an ingredient or 2.
