I love this place! Staff are super nice and friendly! Their burgers, wraps, and drinks are so good! Can’t forget about the buffalo blue sauce that is to die for. Definitely a place I recommend.

QR menu reading is lame enough, but ordering through that app was ridiculous. Staff hard to track down to answer questions.Pitcher of beer only got delivered after we asked one woman (who never checked on it), and then went up to the bar to ask again. Our party of 6 was there for 30 minutes before we got our first sip of beer from this Brewing Company. Food was mediocre. My sisters nachos came out 10 minutes after everyone else's food.Cobb Salad was the worst iteration of it I've ever had. Chicken so tough it was inedible and the 'Blue Cheese Vinaigrette' is just a vinaigrette. Burger was dry. Sweet Potato Fries were the best thing about our food. We had to get up and ask for stuff at least 5 times during our meal (missing beer x 2, extra silverware, missing nachos, confirming dressing was actually blue cheese *which it isn't, they must just blend in a little bit in to get away with calling it that* ). The staff looked overworked and a bit frantic; why do the owners think this is a good business model? We won't be back until they return to table service, or at least having assigned servers who consistently check in on the guest experience.

went there last week with a friend to eat...but was told there are no menus....instead you have to order with your phone and a QR code. the prompt even asks for your home address and email address. after waiting bout 20-30 minutes....we were told that our order didn.t go through! had to re-order with a waitress and wait some more. the food was average...but I won.t be going back unless they improve their service and bring back menus and waitstaff.

I got the Chick and Chips with salad. Everything was OK, salad was good, but the chicken, which was the main part of the dish was super tough to the point it was almost inedible and difficult to eat.

Good beer, cozy food. This place feels like home. The owners are super sweet and the staff is stellar. Gina is always welcoming and fun. Shane is heckin excellent. Tony and Zyrah are always kind and welcoming. Fili has a lot of attention to detail and makes the best damn nachos. Such a wonderful addition to our valley.

I don't want to come off as that super unfair and angry reviewer, but the "scan the qr code, walk up to the counter to order" system that is in place here just doesn't work. I had to get up multiple times to place orders, get silverware, napkins, waters and eventually to go boxes. It really isn't a very relaxing experience when you are constantly running around to do the work of a staff member. I will say that the quality of the color pencils for the kids menus is the best I have ever seen and I really appreciate small things like that. But if you are just an average reader of reviews here, the food is pretty good and the atmosphere is okay, just know that your "service" will be less than minimal.

To start we didn't get our drinks until after the food came, about 20 minutes nothing. The steak was grisly the garlic fries were amazing. I got a flat soda, we never received the pretzel we ordered and waited 20 minutes for them to take it off the check, kids screaming everywhere. The pizza was okay at best. I would not recommend this place. And definitely won't be returning.

we stopped by the Medford location on Sat afternoon and couldn't even get a beer. what a joke. Outside was a third full of patrons and it was going to be a 45 min wait because " they don't have enough staff". You basically serve yourself out there. Won't be back

A nice space and wonderful outdoor area, which is probably nice in summer. The cowboy burger was ok, fries were good, the chowder had an ok flavor but not our favorite. The shredded pork had good flavor. Overall, the food was descent but not great. The beer was good.Our biggest disappointment was the service. They have someone seat you, but after that you just order and pay online, you fill your own water and get your own to go containers. We had questions about the beers and menu and had a hard time trying to flag anyone down to ask questions, while they were delivering food. It felt like work and not an enjoyable eating out experience having to log into the website, order myself online and get all my own stuff without any interactions from staff. I would not be likely to return due to this experience.
