It was the WORST cookie experience i’ve ever had. I walked into the store with high hopes having heard good things about crumbl cookie. I ordered 4 cookies and it took 45 minutes to get with only 2 people in line in front of me. Once I finally got the cookies they were BURNT and had a ton of HAIR in them. The service was terrible particularly from Jess who I believe was the manager and was extremely rude and definitelynot someone you want wearing your companies name. It was all Jess she messed up everything for me. Truly a terrible human.

Jess is extremely rude, dishonest and should be fired immediately. I will never ever go to crumble again and I will forever speak negatively about crumble until Jess is fired. This review and my opinion will be deleted and changed to 5 stars if Jess is terminated.

Ordered cookies on the app and showed up, order wasn’t even ready and they served 20+ people in front of me while waited for 30 minutes, then all of a sudden “we are out of cookies” horrible experience, front desk worker was very rude about it. Stay away from this crumbl.

Great cookies. They melt in your mouth. Only complaint is you cant add frosting to any cookie. You get what they make that week. I wish some were available always.

Usually we have a great experience. We drive over from Klamath to get cookies. But today, they were completely sold out. Two of the ppl working were irritated when I asked if there would be more cookies made today and how long it would be. The girl replied with a snippy attitude. Yes, there will be more today, and idk a few hours.Edit. An hour later just got home and all cookies back in stock. What a disappointing experience.
So YUMMY!! Were never disappointed.
