HAIR IN MY FOOD 5 DIFFERENT TIMES!!!!!! I use to come to this place every week for lunch on my break. My co workers and I LOVED the sandwiches and i also used them for allot of catering events that my company would have. Unfortunately I am not sure what happen but the food and the service went down hill in the last 4 years and when i say it is bad i mean that it was BAD. I have given them so many chances however today was the ***5th*** time i have found hair in my food!!!!!!!!!!! The bad part was that when i was paying for my food the gal that was helping me was wearing a black shirt and it was COVERED in DOG HAIR so i should have known it was going to be a bad experience. Especially since she went back to the food prep area immediately after i paid. So disappointed again ! :( Cause i use to LOVE this place.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and realized none of the employees were wearing masks. Indoor masking is still required in Oregon, so I asked why. The woman at the counter said, "The owner believes people should have the right to choose." I was floored. This isn't some repair shop with little interaction with the public. This is a food establishment surrounded by nursing homes, assisted living facilities, medical clinics and a hospital. Its customers are likely to be vulnerable to COVID and the highly transmissible omicron variant. Many are elderly and some, no doubt, have compromised immune systems. The owner is putting their health and their lives at risk for what? To make a political statement? To own the libs? Sorry, but this is unconscionable. I hope others make their own choice not to patronize a business that shows such callous disregard for its customers and its community. BTW, I was a regular customer. I will never go back.

I was recommended Cupcake Company by my wedding venue. Boy am I glad I found them! The cake was perfectly decorated exactly as I wanted it. We got a small cake for the cake cutting and then 150 mini cupcakes. Everyone raved about the cupcakes and the cake was delicious. Highly recommend for any event, or even just to treat yourself.

I have tried it a couple of times in the past and recently decided to try it again to see if anything has changed and wanted to support a local company but when I went in today I was greeted by a girl with no mask on and I looked back in the kitchen and no one was wearing a mask and an indoor mask mandate us currently in effect in our state! I won't be trying to give this company my business ever again!

If you're going for cupcakes, this is a great place. This is what they should stick to. They try to serve breakfast and lunch (wraps/sandwiches) and this is probably a business mistake. The service was terrible, it took almost an hour to get a processed chicken sandwich "fresh" from the microwave. I will go there anytime for cookies, cupcakes and other desserts, but never again for a meal.

We ordered a cake and cupcakes for our sons first birthday and everything looked and tasted fantastic! We were so pleased and all of our guests loved the cake and cupcakes. Highly recommend the Cupcake Company, we are very happy!

The sandwiches and cupcakes here are amazing. They have a rotating menu on the cupcakes, so if your looking for a particular flavor check before you go. They also run out fast, so get there early or order in advance. They also offer other desserts and mini cupcakes which are fantastic as well.

I was really hoping to like this place so I can buy local cupcakes. Man, was a disappointed though. I bought 6 cupcakes and a lemon bar. The cupcakes are minis and they offer a regular selection of flavors as well as three daily flavors. Most of the cupcakes lacked flavor. The spiced chai and brown sugar pecan were my favorite and actually quite delicious, which happened to be their daily flavors....makes me wonder if they freeze their cupcakes (the regular flavors) which then leads to the flavor disappearing. Who knows, but other cupcakes were not good. I may have to return once more to give them a second shot. The lemon bar was good but tons is sugar in it. I really liked the crust she used...delicious. Staff was friendly. They are maintaining social distancing. The store is clean.

How have I not known about this place!? It's probably best, because this hidden gem is amazing. The staff was beyond helpful, the selection was great, and the quality for what I paid made it so worth the extra calories. I got four small cupcakes, two daily flavors and two regular flavors. Cherry Limeade-daily season this was one of my favorites! Pink cherry frosting w tiny lime green sprinkles covered the top, and when I bit into it, I realized it had a cherry limeade jelly like filling. The flavor was perfect, the cupcake was moist and delicious... I was super pleased. Next was the lemon blueberry, and this daily seasonal flavor did not disappoint, coming in second. The lemon frosting was topped with a fresh blueberry to start. When I unwrapped it, the bottom was more blueberries baked in. When I bit into it, there was a lemon filling! This was such a good cupcake. The(regular item on menu) German chocolate cupcakes was topped with a fresh cherry, and the frosting was coconut filled happiness. Last was the red velvet which I enjoyed. The cream cheese frosting and small red sprinkles were the "icing on the cake." I can't wait to try more, and I'm definitely coming back for some lunch soon!
Be cautious eating here. I found glass in my food they promised to replace my meal the next day. Went in to get it and then they changed their minds. I am not a scammer and I was polite through the whole complaint. I will never go back

Super yummy! Bacon chicken ranch sandwich with a side of homemade pasta salad! Super friendly staff too! This was my 1st visit here and I felt like a lil kid with all the cupcake options as well! Lol! I ended up with a cake pop for my lil and a triple chocolate cupcake for my oldest kiddo!

This place is gross. The employees are extremely rude, apathetic and curt. Their tone is short like they are all constantly angry about something. And this has been going on for 2-3 years now that I've been in there. They have lunch sandwiches as well as crappy box mix cupcakes (placed loosely in a box to be tossed around in your car or a smaller box that smashes the top down) and the sandwiches are never consistent. There's always this "April Ludgate" from Parks and Rec type of girl with the biggest frown and monotone with an attitude that takes the orders. It's impossible to get her to show any emotion other than anger and hatred, which is unacceptable every day in a service work place, once in a while sure, we're all human but every time... grow up kid. The last sandwich I got came cold (supposed to be hot) with day old cold hard rubbery chicken and slimy cucumbers and like a little tiny pathetic sliver of avocado on one side. Super slimy and mushy and then hard gross cold chicken on cold soggy bread. I dont know what's going on here. It's pathetic and gross. Oh and dont drink the water from their cups, unless you like the taste of dish soap.

This place is always a delicious treat! It's so difficult to decide between all of the amazing sandwiches. They'll make any sandwich into a salad as well. We get these for work lunches and I have never heard a complaint. The customer service is phenomenal too! They are incredibly busy during lunch and always accommodate. The cupcakes are the perfect texture and sweetness. Always a favorite! Thank you!

Unprofessional/unreliable/good food The cupcakes and sandwiches are delicious and beautiful. Unfortunately the staff are terrible with customers. I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes a few weeks early with a scheduled pick up March 25th. They failed to mention they are closed on Sunday. I showed up to pick them up and was calling and knocking on the door and no one answered. I called the following day to ask about the confusion and they were unapologetic. They told me that I must have gotten confused. I'm avoiding this place from now on. It's a shame because their cupcakes, desserts, and sandwiches taste really good.
