Dairy Queen on Williams highway is pretty decent. I feel like the people working in the food industry should have their hair pulled back or at least in a bun. The people that were in there making my food had the hair really long and shaggy and I'm kind of grossed out if I find a hair in my food but I did not this time.

The food was fine, and there was no line at all, but the attitude from the girl at the drive through was horrendous. We pulled up, she told us we could order when we were ready, we said we needed a minute. When we were ready, my friend announced that we were, trying to be polite, and the girl rudely snaps "I SAID you can order when you're ready." Absolutely wild. Don't think we'll be returning to this location.

As far as DQ's go he tries to keep prices competitive and spends a lot on keeping the premises looking clean and up to date. Active owner who does a lot for the community! I enjoy when they have the seasonal shrimp and the A1 burgers. Can never go wrong with the cheese curds.

My crispy chicken saled had one chicken strip on it that looked torn apart not diced up That cost me 9.99. My fries were cold, I went back for fresh fries. Not a good experience at all. 12/26/2023 super

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a box of butterscotch dillybars when I got up to the window they handed me one dilly bar. We all had a great laugh and then they handed me a box of dilly bars.

Never had a visit where they didn’t forget part of my order. Don’t waste your time and money with this
I like their $7 meal deals. Chicken strips, fries, drink, and sundae...doesn't get much better then that. ?

It seemed like the customers were way down the list of priorities. The restaurant part of the building was stacked full of meal boxes and backroom storage, very unprofessional, plus I would consider unsanitary. I asked her why there were boxes and storage everywhere. She said that when they are slow, she has her people make boxes. In the visual and accessible part of the restaurant? The kids that we saw were doing their best to get things done so I would place the blame on the person that I assumed was the manager. We had to get her attention just to get help at the counter and it seemed like we were interrupting her day. This was the same for everyone that came in the door. I thought a paying customer that pays your paycheck should be a priority. With customer service like this, I know that we won't be back. The food and the ice-cream were good but not enough to make up for service. Such a surprise for a well-known franchise.

The Workers are always in rude bad moods and taint the place heavily I avoid visiting here because the service other then that never had a issue with the other Dairy Queen’s surrounding west mains

The gal behind the counter was super friendly and accommodating, and was a total piece too? she decorated my girlfriend's birthday cake with grace. And she made me a fish sandwich that was so hot and fresh that it burned my mouth and it was so full of that fresh cod flavor. I've never been disappointment with their food.
Food always costs more than it says on the menu, bread is always stale, and they can never hear anything I say at the drive-thru I have to yell and they still miss things that I said.
