My food was probably about an hour old, or at least the chicken tasted like it, and I’m not sure exactly what was wrong with my soda, but it tasted really bad. Like I just drank an old water bottle I had in the car instead lol. Also, no hate because I’m sure the employees don’t get paid enough to be nice, but the guy handing me my food just shoved it in my hand and told me to have a nice day before closing the window in my face ? If this was a $6 meal, I wouldn’t care. But spending $10 (which is probably well over half of your employees hourly wage) for this sort of experience is just wild

The manager/owner was kind and gracious to my granddaughter and opened the door for us so we could enter the restaurant in my power chair. Also provided a non sugar low fat milk option for my granddaughter for our lunch. Very good hospitality. Very convenient for us to get to, as it is close to our apartment.Kid-friendliness: Super kind and gracious to me and my three year old granddaughter.Wheelchair accessibility: The store owner was helpful and facilitated our entering and leaving the Dairy Queen by opening the door for us.

They could not have a mobile order ready on time when it was ordered 30 minutes before pickup. This happened multiple times.

Grandson Birthday ice cream stop. Quiet and fun. Food and blizzards hit the spot.
Drive thru, made a big mistake by getting chilli, also got chocolate shake and sundae. Chilli was inedible, burnt horrible tasting and doused spices to try to cover up. Shakes and sundae fair. This place isn't like KC locations, don't recommend this place.

On Dec 3rd 2023 at 8:45pm my partner and I went through the drive threw and were met with a really disrespectful lady. She was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Acted as if we were inconveniencing her by showing up to get some food. The only reason I'm saying something now is because this isn't the first time we've come to this dairy queen to be met in a manner of disrespect like this. It's a pity too, because the food is great. It's just the customer service that sucks.

I always find the food to be great, but a little bit on the salty side... I'm guessing that it is a marketing decision to entice you to buy ice cream, ? either way, I keep going back, sooo.... my favorite is the basket of cheese curds, chicken strips, and hot fudge

Dairy Queens seem to vary in price from one to another in the area. This one has the cheapest small Sundae of any of them. Chocolate Ice Cream with Hot Fudge is my favorite.
Lovely lady in the drive thru who gave our pups some whipped cream, which they loved!

I go here for their deserts. I especially love the strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and their seasonal pumpkin pie blizzard. This is by far the best fast food ice cream place in the area.

It seems like DQ has reduced the portion size of the chicken tenders. Plus fries were not hot. Hot fudge sundae was good but not as much hot fudge.

Clean, polite staff, plenty of parking Had classic DQ burgers followed by the famous Blizzards. There were at least 10 varieties. Old school solid food. I would come back again.

They always provide the biggest ice cream in cones in the valley, especially if you are a Senior ..Lick away at Diary Queen and feel like a kid again!
