Hands down my favorite Dutch Bros in town. I'm pretty set on my Rebel being hand-blended and perfectly made LOL these people never seem to fail. Had an issue yesterday with something on my card and went in this morning and they fix it instantly with smiles on their faces. These people definitely deserve a shout out and they are doing an amazing job. Pretty rare to see people who are working hard and constantly but also are genuinely cool people. 7:30 a.m. Wednesday September 6th. If the owner sees this the crew that was working at that time deserves a huge shout out for being genuinely good people

These stands in Jackson County are horrible. The drinks come out bad, went by this location recently and it was as I was bothering the person behind the counter to get a drink. I had to repeat it twice. There are so many other coffee stands offering better service and higher quality

My daughter just took my grandma, her great-grandma in for her birthday drink. My grandmother is 97 now and always looks forward to getting her Dutch bros drink each year. She wasn't able to go on her actual birthday 6 days ago because she didn't have a way to get there. We came into town to visit this weekend and I told her don't worry they'll understand and will give you your free drink. My daughter said the girl refused to give her the free drink because she didn't have the app. My grandma is 97! That just blew my mind. It wasn't even about paying for the drink, it's the whole principle and lack of common sense about it. To say I'm disappointed in Dutch Bros right now is an understatement.
