It took over 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. How is it that all other Dutch Bros can get it done in half that time. As I watched her give the drinks to the car in front of me I kept expecting her to hand them way more than 3 drinks for all the time it took, and 2 of them were ice teas.
I often stop at store number OR3008, 2809 West Main but today I was treating my entire staff to a morning drink. Employee John Paul was amazing. The order was for 18 drinks all large and some blended. They completed my order in a timely manner, got the order absolutely correct and delivered them to my car.
