The food is epic!! The owners are amazing! The things we have tried are some of the best food we have had! Definitely try the ribs! They are the best ribs in Oregon!! Even if you don’t eat keto this food truck is still a must try!!

Phenomenal flavors! Our first time there and we were so thrilled to give it a try. I read the reviews before we went so I expected delicious food and nice owners. What we experienced today was above and beyond expectations! These folks know great food and their passion for making craveable options that are also healthy really shines through. Even if you don't follow a keto lifestyle, you will want to try everything on the menu! Wish we lived closer to this truck but we'll make a trip to Medford as often as we can! Finally a place I can order keto food and have it be warm, apparently they've been operating since COVID and I had no idea. This place offers food that's not just a cold salad, or modifying the heck out of a dish. So delicious, also I ordered on Doordash and they gave the cutest thank you on my box :D Definitely a repeat customer

They are literally the nicest people on the planet!!!! I ordered the turkey sandwich without mustard. Instead of just assuming I wanted a dry sandwich the owner came and offered me two different sauces for my sandwich. (I really appreciated that) We also ordered peanut butter cookies and my boyfriend mentioned liking chocolate on his peanut butter cookies. They gave us 3 regular peanut butter cookies and then went out of their way to dip 3 more in chocolate and gave us those as well! WOW! Talk about great customer service! Their food is delicious and great quality! Anyone looking for great food choose this place!!!!!!

I just had the Salmon Chowder, it was amazing. Everything else I’ve eaten at Fatso’s has been absolutely fantastic!! The salmon chowder is really special…. Yourself a favor and get this soup!

Ahhh it was so hard to wait till I got home to try it!! He brought my son and I a little cup of berry cheesecake and stickers while we waited for our order in the car. Had me check out my order before I left ?everything looked so amazing. The wings were still nice and crispy sauce was delicious but the pork rind coating….. ridiculously good! Chicken Asiago was also delicious veggies were fresh and crisp real chicken and cooked perfectly. I got the jicama salad for the side and it is super refreshing! Jicama is like in between and grate and julienne cut nice and crispy with red and yellow peppers, onion and cilantro in a lemony dressing. Glad I got two:) my son was pretty excited his bun was made with cheese and waffle shaped. He started in on his before I could get a picture. Happy with everything and the service was great. Hopefully they will be back out here soon.
