I stopped in to grab a to-go lunch while in Medford for a couple days (wife and kids went next door, but I wasn't feeling like chicken). The service was very friendly and pretty quick (especially for a 5 Guys). The burger was good and the fries were great. The downside (as is always the case with 5 Guys) is that they're pretty spendy- especially for just a burger and fries.Otherwise it was a satisfactory experience.
Without a doubt, the happiest Five Guys experience I've had. I've visited numerous locations, and while some Five Guys can be quite gloomy in terms of mood, that's not the case with Sarah. I strongly believe she deserves a raise and some extra recognition. She truly adds a touch of sweetness to this establishment.
