My wife had lunch here with a friend and brought me back some of their chicken and sides. My only advice is, if you haven't tasted their food don't walk run!! it's delicious. As a new restaurant I wish them much success. They deserve it.

I've never been to New Orleans, so I can't compare it, but the food was great. Just the right amount of spie in the chicken and the mac and cheese was glorious. No ice for water or beverages, which is weird but whatever. Also , a warning if you have never had beignets before. Don't ware black and don't breathe or talk with one near your face. Bad things can happen with that much powdered sugar. They were fabulous.

FINALLY Medford has a truly incredible place to get some fried chicken ?! I stopped in for a late lunch & was promptly met by who I assumed was the owner. He took my order which was the chicken sandwich with a side of greens.The greens almost stole the show truth be told. The chicken really is the star of this place & mine was remarkable! Crispy outside, hot & tender inside sitting on a bun that can take the punishment of a good fried chicken sandwich. Easy 5/5, give them a try!

Delicious, fresh, made with love. The atmosphere as well as the sweet family who runs this business were both on point. The kiddos loved the Mac n cheese and hush puppies. My favorites were the greens and the chicken. Can't wait to try the fried chicken sandwich and hot pops next time! ****pro tip- you must try the beignets! Looking forward to returning.

Absolutely amazing! I got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of hush puppies. The chicken breast was massive and so juicy and crispy! It had a unique twist to it which I wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised. The hush puppies were wonderful! I'm kind of a sissy though, so I requested a side of ranch to go with them which was perfect. My daughter got mac and cheese and it was over the top delicious! Just be aware it, if you have kids, they come with scallions on top (great for me, not so much for my picky eater lol) but it was not too much, so she could pick them off. The ambiance is great, they've done a beautiful job updating the space. It feels very open and inviting. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a dipping side for the Hush Puppies, an aiolo of sorts, perhaps? But like I said, I was able to ask for a side of ranch with absolutely no push back or awkwardness. 10/10 I can't wait to come back!Kid-friendliness: Mac and cheese is always a win for my kids, and it's delicious!

Some incredibly good fried chicken, if not the best I've had. Staff was polite and were happy to talk about how they prepared everything, you could tell they loved what they did.I ordered the spicy chicken lollipops, perfect amount of spice and wonderful flavor. I had these with a side of greens with pork which were also fantastic. Had a wonderful lunch for about $16 after tip which is a great deal for treating myself for lunch in my book. Will definitely come again for the beigneits and fried chicken sandwich!
