Just tried the Knarr absinthe from this distillery. After being prepared on the traditional style, the liquor awful, absolutely undrinkable. In hindsight, I should have read the reviews first before purchasing. If you are in the market for a good absinthe, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Great burgers and sandwiches! I don't drink alcohol but those that did seamed to enjoy it.

Drove 273 miles to try Immortal Spirits. Arrived prior to opening waiting for them to open to have them tell us at 5:02 as they post a sign in the door they were going to close for the day as the bar tender went to a wedding. This obviously wasn't a last minute we are going to shut down for two days. If your going to give it a try I'd call and get a verbal confirmation they will be working that day.

Amazing service, great food, great drinks. We stop here every time we pass through Medford and it's always great!

Very small seating area, and bathroom is right there for everyone to see if you walk into it. Ha! The bartender was very quick to notice us and give us a welcome. He did seem to be the ONLY person working, until someone else served us our drinks after he took the order. Bartender was very knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy his job. We ordered two drinks (the spicy mango rum margarita and the whiskey ginger) they were both delicious and made very well. We also ordered the pulled pork tacos and the hang 10 burger. But he entrees were delicious, however I think the pulled pork tacos could do with a little sauce, and the slaw could take a little more vinegar. The burger was delicious (but slaw again). FYI the ranch was amazing. 100% would try again.

Not normally someone who reviews restaurants, but I wanted to share my experience.I wanted to start by saying the service received by the waiter was good. We we’re greeted immediately upon arrival. When we sat down I noticed a layer of dust on the sill around the restaurant and upon using the restroom I’d give the cleanliness an overall 7.5/10.When we we got our drinks they were alright. Not bad by any means. But alright. Mid even. For a place named immortal spirits slinging $15 cocktails I expected a higher level of mixology. The food. Amazing. We got an appetizer and their burgers. The Thai fighter was amazing. Really great. Perfectly cooked. Amazing side salad. All reasonably priced food too. It did bother me a bit the waiter let our plates stack up at our table and didn’t buss them at any point, but I can look past that.If my review stopped there it would or be a 4/5.However when I went to dig into the potatoes salad I noticed a long black beard hair intwined in the salad; obviously from the waiters gigantic beard. At this point I had finished most of my burger, but it really killed the remainder of my appetite. We didn’t bring this up as I didn’t want to ruin the experience for the other guests at the restaurant. But for the cost of dining here I was disappointed to say the least. Due to that aspect alone I will not be returning to immortal spirits.

The food is unreasonably good, great drinks and an awesome atmosphere. Only drawback is that it's small.

First time in and we loved it! Service was excellent in a cozy, casual spot. The Thai burger may be the best burger I've ever had. Try it! And the craft cocktails were perfect! Definitely one of our new favorite places.

Great atmosphere. Love the burgers, especially the Drunken Goat(my favorite). And they distill their libations locally.

Amazing show it's a must see and the rum....yummy. We ate dinner at the Beast at Area 15, we ordered the sampler, it was very tasty. Finished it off with a smoked Manhattan. Little to Smokey for me but it was very good as well.

One of the best burger spots in town. Great service and great spirits. Most of the spirits are best in combination for the most part. The whiskey can stand alone. Thai Fighter for the win!

We arrived just after the rush so it took a few minutes to get some water and what not but we'll worth the wait. I had the old fashioned and he had the hot toddy. Then we ordered every appetizer on the menu except the salad. I think my favorite was the pancake (they cooked the pork in the bottom like a buried treasure!) However, the bruschetta, the caprese, tacos...it was all great. I had a "penicillin" cocktail to close out the night. They love music and are quite laidback. With food and drinks like that I'd return in a heartbeat!

My friend suggested that we try out Immortal Sprits because they were known for their burgers. She didn't remember much about it having only been there once about 5 years ago. So after a hike, we dropped in. I got the Pink Lady and would totally have another one! The burgers were equally delicious. I loved the art from a local artist on the walls too. I like that they make their own liquors and those are available to buy right then and there. They definitely have a good thing going here!

The gentlemen working we soo kind and the drinks are amazing and well balanced ..we've just ordered the Boss Hog Sandwich and the QuickDraw Burger .. stay tuned for the pics and review ..Both dishes were nice but over salted and the buns cold .. bummer because I wanted it to be a ten out of ten Overall I'll give Immortal spirits & Distilling co..2.5 for food 5 for the cocktails
