Meh. The pizza was not very good. The crust was thin and tough and bland. The greasy toppings slid off the crust. We tried 4 different varieties and the consensus was the same on all. My daughter said the pit ham tasted like pit. For the price, we could have got much better pizza so next time we will. Sorry Jackson Creek, this family of 5 won't be back.

At New location on biddle. We have been waiting for it to open and our first time returning 2022, no one/employees wears masks. Very disappointing to see. My familys ben supporting this local family owned business but since they obviously don't care about its community health and well-being, they have lost our business. At the old location downtown main st. the employees always wore a mask.

My 15 year old son purchased an 8" pepperoni pizza on 11/02/2021 at 17:06:26 (I have the receipt) for $11.49. He paid with his new debit card and no tip as it was carryout. It showed on the bank statement as Pending for $11.49 until today, when it jumped up to $13.49, approved. This over drafted my son's new account, which he was diligently keeping balanced.Someone must have given themselves a $2 tip on his card! Who steals from a teenager!?

Love their Calzones.

Pizza and wings were really good!! Crispy wings, perfect amount of sauce and the pizza crust was thin and crunchy, absolutely delicious.

I love Jackson Creek subs but this location has a real problem. Not a mask in sight from the management, staff or customers and they're ignoring the ban on indoor service.C'mon Jackson Creek... do your part for the community.... this is just sad.

Really cool parlor with bar and a lounge. Salads, sandwiches, wings and of course pizza. They sell it by the slice during lunch. Conveniently located in Jackson Creek Plaza. It's on the right side of Albertsons by Starbucks.

Ok, ordered a simple pizza this evening because I didn't want to cook. First, I have to say, if I was the owner of Jackson Creek, I would be embarrassed to let something so horrible leave my shop. The pizza crust was soggy dough, sauce had no flavor, and after counting the pepperoni's it had 37 total. The menu, as shown below says pepperoni and cheese, pepperoni, more cheese then more pepperoni. Ok in hardly think 37 slices of pepperoni's even comes close to the description. If you placed the pepperoni's side by side I really doubt it would have covered 1/3 of the pizza. Even if the entire pizza was covered, it still would be a $27 pizza. For $27 I will never order from this pizza shop again. This was at best an $8 pizza. Again if I'm the owner I'd be embarrassed to have something this bad leave my shop.
Got delivery twice and both times excellent. The were quick and their specialty pizzas were really on point. Can't wait try the everything.

IMPORTANT THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ON THR WHITE SAUSE AND NOT THE RESTAURANT: the white sauce is runny and heavily applied to my calzone, The flavor is on the right track but I think it could use more garlic and cheese, and possibly a dash of salt and pepper. But the sauce was so runny it turned my calzone into a calzone soup in a bread bowl one one half the other half just the bottom was really soggy, the other was a pool of grease and thin sauce, my advice 1 let application, 2 more thickness, 3 more garlic, I believe that would really help it sell

I love Jackson Creek's subs, but this location concerned me. The manager in the back was clearly not wearing a mask. The cashier gave attitude and tried to charge us twice for our order, maybe they need a better ticketing system. Lastly, the food was ready 15 min after they told us to pick up. Disappointing, I'll be going to the other locations from now on.
