I had a delivery tonight and I ordered the chicken Caesar sub… so I thought. I very well could have not specified and was given a chicken Caesar salad instead! Sky was so great and had a sandwich on the way after I spoke to her. Great food and great employees! Me and my husband always love and look forward to the sandwiches here!

Jackson Creek is our families Go-To pizza palace. It’s spacious enough to have multi-family gatherings, giving you that classic nostalgia of going as a kid. They’ve got killer artwork throughout the building and a few arcade games for the kids. The menu is delightful and they have no problem customizing orders. The staff is Always friendly and working hard. We love Jackson Creek Pizza!

Jackson Creek pizza has always been a favorite of mine. They have a couple other locations in Medford which I had eaten that before and their food is always amazing. I took my son to this one because it was in the spot of the old sizzler and wanted to check it out. Because of the quarter machines in the back and the delicious food my child was enamored with this place. He is only three but now it's the only place he wants to go for dinner. Staff is humble with a positive attitude. Very open seating and seat yourself. Overall one of my favorite places in the valley.

First time there. Was friday and a lot of the places we wanted to go to were just too busy. So we decided here. Got a chicken salad and a medium sized pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and mushrooms on half. Very tasty! Salad was good too. We only got the half salad, but it was enought with some leftovers. Pizza too, but there was only two of us.Service was excellent staff was very friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed something, it was there.Costs are in line with other pizza places. There is plenty of parking. It was very busy tho.Would go again.
