Closed... looks like the liquor license was pulled... closed for covid violation!!! Ffs... I'm headed there for lunch now as I hear it's back open. Freedom!!!11/13: Open and amazing. The atmosphere was great. Food came fast and tasted great.

Used to be a really nice place to go hang and the bartenders were top notch, they currently always seem to have a male and female duo and they are incredibly obnoxious. This dude acts as if he’s some master bartender on upper Eastside of Manhattan and descendent from royalty, too good to even exchange pleasantries. Last night was the final straw, they both sat there and snickered and mocked my companions and I in our faces. Just blows my mind that anyone in the service industry would act like this.

Cant even use the restroom for longer than 2 minutes otherwise someone will come banging on the door. When i came out a bartender was standing there and i asked why they were banging on the door and they didnt answer me. No one else went into the bathroom after me either. What the heck just happened. That was so rude.

I love Jefferson's! This has some of the best drinks in downtown Medford and I had my birthday here! The rosemary fries are SO GOOD. I love that they have rotation drinks with all different types of liquor available, staff is always friendly and helpful. Always a chill place to go out in downtown if your not looking for a dive bar or a busy club vibe. Very cozy and comfortable as long as you can get a good table. ☺️
The staff really seem to know their way around a bar, very knowledgeable and friendly. I had two cocktails, a premium margarita and a pineapple & tropical vodka mule. Very good drinks. Tacos were excellent. I highly recommend dropping in for a cocktail.
Recently revisited after having a poor experience a few months back. We had a very pleasant welcoming experience, food was great, staff was very professional. A great little brunch place!

Enjoyed lunch and drinks with a friend... great atmosphere, drinks, food, and service! Would definitely go again if in Medford in the future.

Wow, what a difference the staffing makes *sadness* We were looking forward to trying out this place again since our last experience was so positive. Completely different staff, completely different experience. Ladies in seemed nice at first. Ordered 2 beverages and some food and everything seemed great! Long story short... our friends non-alcoholic beverage is not allowed inside. Sure no, problemo. We all sat outside to sip our delicious cocktails *expert level for sure* and waited for our food order.Soon after, we witnessed the dark haired bartender have some kind of verbal exchange with the group of ladies at the picnic table outside next to us; they seemed to be chillin' and minding their own business - middle aged professional looking. Not sure what happened, bartender said something about one of them having an open tab, ladies commented that they weren't in a hurry... dark haired bartender seemed to be pressuring them to leave? It was awkward to watch and definitely changed the mood of the space. I don't think it was a racist thing, but it seemed a little extra considering the circumstances.Then the dark haired bartender turned on us and told us that the outside beverage (iced coffee) is "not allowed on the premises". They were nearly done and she insisted he "vacate the premises" (picnic tables on the sidewalk). I asked her how far he needed to stand outside of the sidewalk area to avoid the issue since our food order would be coming soon. She seemed stuck on the idea, so he stood outside of the roped area 2' to the left on the sidewalk while we hurriedly finished our adult beverages *delicious by the way*, we cancelled our food order and went on to the next destination. Wow, what a difference staffing makes. I regret tipping upfront.

Here for a quick drink and to watch the game. There was a performer so the main floor was loud. However, there was a basement level where it was a little more quieter, and a few TVs and seating area there. Also another bar downstairs. Atmosphere was good. The bartenders gave warm greetings. Drinks were good, mascow mum and Manhattan. I'd go again.
